    My morning ritual is to always wake up before 5am. Your “never snooze” approach is really helping so far. Then I put on some Eurobeat music and dance in a cold shower. I’ll do that breath exercise that Tony Robbins teaches as well. By that time I’m charged up and ready to take on my day. I’ll incorporate some of these too. This is really good stuff.

    My morning habits are wake up at 5:30 am every day and play yoga for half an hour. Then study or working on projects for 3hs and 30min.

    What an awesome morning routine - lots of healthy habits there Tim!
    My routine is to do yoga while listening to an educational video (normally Success Insider these days!), do a quick gratitude practice and plan couple important things I want to do today, then go for a quick jog, some dry skin brushing to get that lymph moving, a shower and a glass of what I call a 'healthy cola' - warm water with juice of half a lemon and 1 Tbsp of molasses - super yum! 😁 Followed by a smoothie not a long after that I sip through the morning.

    I faithfully listen to my audible Bible first thing in the morning and spend time in prayer.

    My morning ritual is
    1) 1 snooze only for alarm
    2) play a motivational video to reprogram my mind for success, while brushing my teeth
    3) Wake myself up with rinsing my hair with cold water
    4) Drink green powder
    5) Meditate for 10 minutes
    6) Visualization exercise
    7) Journal and say my daily affirmations
    8) Look at my week's tasks

      Yes at times. To be at my optimal level of productivity, I always do sports/exercise because I get the rush of endorphins which help me stay focused and feel motivated.

    Great video like always Tim! It is absolutely true that we generally win The Battle Before it has started. As Muhammad Ali said, the battle is won on the road before the actual fight. People often make mistake of emphasizing the moment but it's actually the preparation before the moment that counts the most.

    This is a great routine I’ve been put of work and need to practice getting up so that when the job I just interviewed for calls me to start I won’t just be trying to get back into a productive routine thanks.

    I’m such a routine person! And I feel like I’m most productive in the mornings, love getting up early and get things done. Agree with all the points. By the way I never knew you fast! I’ve been on intermittent fasting for years and I feel amazing! It makes me more productive too! One thing I need to change is ditch phone checking in the morning:)

    Great video! I will try the breathing exercise. Right now I already take cold showers, exercise if I have time and meditate in the morning. I have heard that fasted exercise works very well for some men, but apparently has no benefits for women. So for me it is noodles and veg for breakfast. Have a great day!

    I do five set of positive autosuggestions every day morning and evening. These are those
    * I'm a tough minded optimist.
    *I'm a conscious positive self talker.
    *What I'm thinking abt me is so important than what others will think abt me.
    *I'm confident, courageous and I'm capable of anything.
    *I'm living every second enthusiastically and energetically.
    My mentor taught me. This routine changed my life.
    Tim's routine is cool . I want to add tim routine in mine.

    You are not obsessed, Your ritual is the best btw I only sleep 5 or maximum of 6 hours, I don't know why it is never 8.

    Wow you've hooked up your alarm clock to the lights. That's a good idea. And putting a full spoon of super dense nutrient power in your mouth with out diluting it is hard core. Not sure if it's dangerous to do that or not. Like you could choke on that powder. I think it's optimal to drink those powders through out the day.

    What if you have to be up at 5 for work and be at work for 6? How you meant to fit the gym in? And don’t say get up at 3 because that’s not realistic
