    If you are new to tapping, please watch this video so you understand what it is about: • Intro to EFT - Tapping...
    So that I can make these videos available, I need to state that you must take responsibility for your own well-being if you choose to tap along. While I'm confident that tapping along with this video can provide great benefits, I make no claims as to what, if any, benefits you will receive. While EFT has yielded impressive results in treating physical and psychological issues, not everyone will benefit in the same way. I am not a doctor, and the information presented here is not intended to replace appropriate treatment by a physician or mental health professional. EFT is still in the experimental stage and, while a growing number of PhD's and MD's are adopting it, we cannot claim that it is risk free. I am unaware of anyone experiencing negative side effects from using these videos, but different people require different care, and depending on a number of variables, it is possible you could uncover deeper issues within the process that this video is not able to address. It is recommended that you consult a qualified health practitioner prior to using this technique.
    That being said, I hope you will enjoy this video and find it beneficial, and that you will share it with others.
    This is certainly not intended to be a comprehensive handling of the subject -- I can only cover so much in 5-10 minutes...! I'm also not working with you personally to address specific individual issues. Hopefully, though, it will help you address the issue enough that you can experience greater freedom to live the life you really desire and deserve. For further support, I encourage you to check out the other offerings available from myself and other EFT practitioners, including workshops and private sessions. For more information about tapping, as well as a ton of great resources to help you live your best life possible, please visit: www.bradyates.net
    This is only my way of using the process, rather than what might be called official EFT.
    If you enjoyed this video, please subscribe to my videos and share them with others. I hope you will also sign up for my free monthly newsletter "Success Beyond Belief" - only one issue a month, filled with good stuff for your body, mind and spirit. Brad, despite the funk I was in when I started this video, you made me giggle with the line about “not the kind of funky get down I’m looking for.” Bravo, good sir, you continue to spread the healing positivity! ❤

    When I sleep poorly, I'll be in a funk all day. I'll see everything negatively. This helped a bit.

    Brad I'm a perpetually happy and lucky person in life. I've historically watched your videos because I find you and your methods very relaxing. I've tapped along from time to time even.
    But lately I've been exactly in the kind of funk you addressed, and when I saw this video pop up in my sub box I tapped along with a purpose I've never had before. I really appreciate you. I'm confident I will overcome this funk and restore the motivation and enthusiasm within me. Thank you.

    I can't believe you just the other day posted this and right now I am in a funk. You helped me identify that I am by just the title of the video. I will need to tap on this again or do some others to get myself out of this. I'm usually optimistic and filled with enthusiasm but something disappointed me and I seem to not be able to pull myself back to that enthusiastic place. With your help I will. I know all I need to do is keep moving forward. Thanks for helping me to do that, Brad. I thank my lucky stars, and my late very dear friend for introducing me to you 4 or so years ago!!

    I'm beginning to think tapping really doesn't get rid of anything maybe till the next day. I've notice I can just do the tapping with out saying anything and get the same results. I think it just stimulates the System. Maybe I'm wrong.

    Brad do you have something that will help a individual like my self with a mild cognitive learning disability learn new skills? I'm constantly doubting my self because I learn at a slow phase than others and I'm constantly comparing myself to them too which I shouldn't and everyone is getting on me for self comparing etc for the skills I don't have. I am trying to learn Blender 3D for 3D modeling and when I try to follow a tutorial video I get mad and give up due to someone talking too fast or my phase not catching up etc. So I have to pause between videos etc just to learn it. But I easily get distracted and lose motivation etc. Same goes when I'm reading and studying my driving book for my permit. I'm 33 and trying to get my permit but my reading comprehension won't let me and I'm slow like I said. When I read I tend to get a bit annoyed and frustrated and I'm more of a visual learner but I'm trying to read my book so I can have more freedom when I drive etc. I know most of the answers but when I learn something new especially when I take my permit test I fail one question or a few get nervous and quit. Do you have something to keep me calm while I'm learning my skills? Especially for reading and studying etc? I'm also self teaching Japanese so anything especially for being creative and maybe if you got a video to stop comparing your self to others and a self esteem boosting video would be grateful. I have therapy but I feel like it's not enough. I'll be honest I felt really down when I couldn't learn my skills and felt depressed but when I tapped on this 4 times it was at a 10 and came down to a 5. Thank you. 🙏🏼 I feel better now. :)

    Just wondering if you got anything on thinking you're annoying other people etc. Been feeling this way for awhile now I got friends and they think I've been annoying them lately or don't have time to talk to me anymore or just don't want to bother with me etc and makes me depressed. Not sounding like an attention seeker. But had one "friend" who thought I was being "desperate" for wanting to talk to him. Guess that's not really a friend then. Wish you'd do one on dealing with toxic people/friends/narcissists/family members who put you down etc. Could think of a whole list but don't wanna bug ya. Sorry. Also don't know if you have one of jealousy or being self conscious etc or comparing yourself to others because they're better than you at what they do etc. Like I want to get into programming but I feel like I can't because I'm 32 and I feel like it's too late to start it up and it's deff too late to go to College etc. Also hate dealing with people with "smart people" high ego attitude problems if that makes sense. Sorry for sounding negative Brad been dealing with these types of people every day and it sucks. :(

    • @tapwithbrad
      @tapwithbrad  ปีที่แล้ว

      It's never too late to go to college... or whatever you want to start... certainly not at only 32. I didn't even know about tapping until my late 30s.
      I have videos on many if not most of those subjects - just type them into the search window. :)

    it doesnt feel safe feeling in a funk at all. it feels horrible just horrible

    • @tapwithbrad
      @tapwithbrad  7 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Yes - but part of the mind says that, as horrible as it feels, it is safer than what could happen if being in a funk wasn't keeping you safely stuck. That part believes that, without this limitation, you would find yourself in a situation that was even more horrible. I know it doesn't sound rational. It's like so many abusive situations people stay in, because they are afraid to leave.

  • @blade8424
    @blade8424 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Not in a funk. Just sitting down watching videos feeling a bit. "Meh" like I want to do something but don't want to do nothing. It gets annoying. Like an annoying lazy feeling like I just wanna sit in the dark stay on my phone and not be motivated at all. Sorry just venting. I know you got one for motivation. But its like 11PM I should be in bed but just feel like being up and staying like this idk what to call it. 😂 Sorry dude. :) Have you ever felt like that? :/
