I also bought my 13 pro from Gazelle, I bought mine in fair condition locked to AT&T. I have cricket, which is owned by AT&T, so it works just fine in an AT&T phone. My phone bought in fair condition was near perfect, same as you, some tiny scratches in screen you don’t see when the screen is on, and with a glass screen protector you can’t even see them. I used a clear backed unicorn beetle MagSafe case so you can still see my alpine green back, and it’s a nice sturdy case. My battery was at 100% too. I made a video showing mine just like yours too, and mine came in about 3 days. I’d buy a phone from them again, but not trade in because they give really low offers on phones.

@@sedways8023 Amazon is really good but I can only speak for their MacBooks and Ipads because that’s where I bought mine from. I’ve heard a lot of bad things about their “renewed” phones. I tried ordering one, but the seller was taking forever to ship so I had to cancel and try BackMarket. I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max for my dad from BackMarket in “good” condition, and it was great!! The price was $704 without my student discount which is pretty expensive for a refurbished 11 pro max. I’m about to order a phone for my mom on gazelle and I’m seeing good reviews so far :) also really good prices too!!
gazelle is way cheaper and the back market charges an extra 30 dollars for extra fees on top of the price. Gazelle is cheaper but it just has worse customer service usually, it's not a problem for most as the phone comes in perfectly fine. Just don't sell to them though.

Itsworthmore and Gazelle are tied as great websites IMO. I feel safe buying from those 2. Ebay is one place I will never get used phones.
