You can also use those cellar doors to glitch inside a solid cube of blocks, and when the zombies come round they can't hit you. However you can hit them shoot them etc.
Yea I figured that out as well, the setup is beside the one elevator I just chose not to show it. **I'll** Leave that for someone else. Elevators are about as glitchy as I get.
I couldn't get it to work, I kept trying to try it, I rewatched the video and realized I need to be standing dead center of the middle. Since then it works almost every time, I find it helps if I keep tapping on the s key as I'm going up cuz I get getting stuck. I made my pillar out of wood, other than a few splinters, it's cheap but the top two blocks are made out of concrete and the pad around it is cobblestone. Next to it is the 3x3 pad with the ladder going down and a little while aways is a raised platform with some guns and a solar panel so far that's worked well to keep my underground base clear in the front forest. The base is 23 blocks down underground but I could probably do a couple of jumps down once I get my parkour up and get rid of the ladder. Then I just use the elevator to get back up. Thanks for the video and the wonderful tip.

Before 1.0, i used to use a "drop chute" that used ramps to keep breaking your fall so you could drop any distance(i'm not sure if it'd work now though).
Hey I have a question I've never played the creation mode for the console edition if you create a map in creation mode can you not use it in the normal mode?
No the game wants to push your body out of the block. Either sideways preferred or upwards last resort. There may be other blocks but this was the only one I found that forced you upward, most you couldn't get into.

Yup.. Almost gave up playing the game anymore when the original elevator was robbed from us, Let's hope the Fun Pimps once again don't mock their name sake and take this one way from us as well, I swear it's like the fun Pimps hear of their game being fun and they go all hell bent on sabotaging their game from actually being a fun game to same ole same ole yawn Err- just another grinding boring game.. You know what would be great? if they actually brought back the trap door elevator..

I'm sure a few elevator videos will pop up :) "stealing" content really actually never gets you far on the platform because you get called out for it.
@Skippy0330 he's taking credit for finding ìt.Theres so many videos of his that shows he steals other content creators content by copying builds or using exploits that he passes it off as his own material.I called him out on it and YT responded as bullying

Well, how did you get down there the first time? I'm sorry if you misunderstood, but its an up elevator, I never show going down, but I do mention leave yourself a way to get back down if you do this lol.
@@jurgenzimmermann2786 make them out of the temp blocks....glitch should work regardless of what the block is made of.So build it the way skippy says just out of temp poles, so you an go up and down is just picking them back up...like nerd polling.
There's very little actual advantage to this other than possibly tracking to doing this. the zombies will just bash at the base of it if they are on you. I honestly don't think it'll be patched. It's just a fun glitch for building.
