You gotta luv Hyundai's Htrac AWD system. It is EXTREMELY capable folks. You choose your terrain setting and push that AWD lock button. And you can pretty much go anywhere. I'm VERY VERY impressed with this vehicle.

This Tucson NX doesnt have LOCK button. Only terrain modes.

OK, but what was the impact of this test on the car? Did you take it to a service, put it on an elevator and check the wheels, the joints, the suspension, the engine compartment, the way the plastic engine shield resisted etc.? Yeah, the car is nice, it's stable, it's maneuverable, but in my case (I own the plug-in hybrid Tucson), hitting a shallow water puddle at 80km/h has created a jet of water so powerful it cracked one of the battery shields. (The plug-in version has two shields made of some kind of plastic, covering the left and right passages beneath the seats, along the entire length of the cabin. I hit the water puddle with the left wheel and the shield under the driver's seat has cracked). After that experience, my conclusion is the shields materials are not so sturdy and I expect the fender liners (the interior of the fenders / wings - the material protecting the wheels' compartments) to suffer from the kind of abuse you presented above.
So, do you have an aftermath of this test? Some conclusions?
Otherwise, these nice images prove... absolutely nothing. :/
But of course, they are nice to watch. :)
P.S. I never saw such tests followed by a thorough inspection of the car. Nobody does it. Everybody is presenting the performance of the tested car but what happens to the car in question is put aside. Nobody discusses the impact of such tests.
There is no impact on the car after our test! The car is with 19000 km mileage continues to be used every day without any problems!
At the end of our test we were washing the car from the bottom, so we had to raise the car on a lift - no damages were detected 🤷
Only one additional comment - the car is equipped with additional metal engine protection!
Hope, we provide a clear answer for you!
The conclusion is: the car is capable and strong enough for such driving conditions ✊

Interesting design, is like the wagon(SUV)Ford Mustang Mach. Probably in Hybrid models the safety is better for the trim. All the brands has things that improve for example the Rolls Royce Cullinan the digital cluster(dashboard) is antique with the gauges😅 and is digital 😂.

This is probably that one video you need if you wanna know if that car is capable of certain feats 🤣🤣🤣 Many peeps won't do these to their cars, but atleast it's good to know it can 👌🏻 Great that it's more than just small puddles and off-road. People won't go real offroading in this. But the mud sand and water are possible in some areas where roads are GG. So it's more realistic 🤣

🤯😮 wow totally 🌰🍌🌰🍌❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥👍👍 but was it running on regular street tires or on M+S off-road tires , I thought I caught glimpses of deep groved off-road rubber threads on those tires???? You mentioned adding metal skidplate to protect engine and maybe added off-road tires to get it to drive like that??? 🤔🧐🤫 It seems to get most performance out of Tucson you need to add metal skidplate and off-road tires 👍🦾

Там где снимали с квадрика в полях и на песке как раз за рулем был водитель ростом ровно 190 см. Говорит, что было нормально 🙂 Но панорамы в этой машине не было…тут ничего сказать не можем 🤗

Going off the road is not the same as Off-Road. It’s clear you are using high momentum to get through rough patches. Stop in the middle of the mud or hill and start again. See how stuck you get.
For small Tucson and for big Defender the off-road is different, you should understand that! Please, try to explain to me - why somebody will intentionally stop in the middle of the mud? We are showing capabilities of the car for real life and I can’t understand why, by some reasonable reason, people will stop in the middle of the mud or the hill?
@@DriveYourWay if you haven’t been true off-roading there are many reasons you would have to stop half way such as an animal jumping out in front of you, a part of the road that has been torn up or washed away, vehicles in front of you or trees that have fallen into the road. These are all real situations I have been in and I’m not a serious off-roader.
@@twilighthan2140 are you going to go for a such off-road, as you described, on small SUV with a stock tires as Hybrid Hybrid Tucson? Or you know someone who will driving it like you described?
Pls dont forget that the Tucson is not a serious Ofroader, its a Crossover SUV, not meant to do serious off road driving. Although he showcase how capable this vehicle is,
