People were really quick to call her bad due to the lack of beidou synergy early on which while that still sucks, she still works fine without it. Raiden national is both incredibly easy to play since you don't need to worry about funnelling energy and hits pretty hard even at c0.
People say that Raiden national team is great, as if dont have all the best 4* in the game in..
@@marcusvinicius917 the 4 stars being strong in of themselves doesn't take away from the strength raiden provides in the team. A character isn't made worse because they happen to use another strong characters for their best team.

As someone with a C0 Raiden C0 Eula comp, I can safely say that it is NOT even close to being bad. I’ve been able to 36* every abyss ever since these two have been together.
I also have both at c0 and my Eula has her 5star weapon however I feel like I'm not doing the rotation correctly or something in my build is not right because it feels very inconsistent, can you provide your build and rotation somehow?
I should play abyss again. I haven't done abyss since that last one that had all those annoying water monsters. I could probably 36 star it now, I have been farming only artifacts for months now 🤔
@@kebrus I can tell you my rotation if you want. I use Eula Raiden Zhongli Rosaria (which I'm gonna replace with Qiqi soon), I use Zhongli's shield, Raiden's e, Eula's burst, then burst with the rest, refresh Zhongli's shield and use Raiden's burst, then repeat the process. I have no energy problems most of the time and I was able to beat floor 12 for the first time with that team (my second team is really bad and my raiden has bad crit ratio but if I had a 2nd functional team I'd definitely be able to 36 star it)
@@JustASunflowerSeeD thx for the explanation, are you replacing rosaria with qiqi because of heals? Wouldnt it be possible to replace both rosaria and zhongli with diona for heals and shield? (just thinking if I free up zhongli for other comps)
So, my team is normally Kazuha, Eula, Raiden, Diona. Start with Raiden E, Kazu E to swirl and CC, Diona shield, Eula burst rotation, Raiden Q.
Raiden is my favorite. When I first pulled for her, she sat unused for a while. But once I figured out how to use her, she has basically not left my main team.

What did you have to figure out? Click skill, use all char bursts. Go back to her and burst to recharge. Rinse and repeat lol
Eula and Raiden have almost perfect synergy even at f2p levels just because of the easy superconduct, the energy generation and being able to alternate their bursts.

@@sohankuna8410 definetly go for raiden, yae will get fast rerun like raiden and kokomi. This is 1st rerun of shogun so its possible that 2nd rerun will not appear as fast as 1st

My team comp in a eula team will be:
Eula, Raiden, Rosaria and zhongli
You can replace rosaria with Diona and zhongli can be anyone that buffs the team like Bennett

@@Ramimer I run a similar team, but use Sucrose in place of Zhongli - cryo infusion in Sucroses' burst mixed with the constant electro damage from Raiden's E is hilarious for numbers on screen and damage overall
Personally, C2 is a must pull for me, since I usually only get 20 seconds of playtime per day, killing a boss within the time I have is very important

As mentioned before whenever new character's come out. Avoid the Genshin community like the plague when deciding characters, they almost always wrong. Make your own personal decision if you like it as a character. This was seen many times for characters such as Kazuha, Kokomi and Raiden etc. Personally I ignored all the BS and pulled for all 3 and to this day now everyone is saying they are amazing so take what you will from that.

@@kreideprinz3644 The titles are not even that bad because iWTL videos indeed just lay out pros and cons about a character. The bias is so minimal and he never sways viewers away from pulling, so they can make their own decisions without any influence. This is why I like his videos so much, unlike some other theorycrafters who straight out say don't pull or must pull which really ruins my mood when the characters I want are "bad" according to meta

kokomi is just a better mona but not a pull priority character as long as you don't have too much trouble with the abyss. Perhaps the genshine plague community is giving advice to f2p players who only get like 30 summons every 2 months total.
Wish I'd gotten this message back when Kokomi came out. I skipped her because the "experts" said she's trash. Turns out she's the top hydro applier for freeze teams AND healer in one. Can't wait to get her since I already have Raiden.
Having a team consisting c0 raiden and c0 eula is very viable for me. Raiden fills the time gap to kill when Eula has her burst not ready yet and provides a good battery for Eula then swapping to other eula battery to provide eula her burst until eula casts it then the cycle just continues.

Raiden has 240 ER and Diona has Sac bow.
Rotation(assuming everyone has their bursts):
Raiden E > Eula tap E into burst > 4 normal attacks then hold E. Eula burst pop
Recast raiden E > sucrose burst > raiden burst > diona double E > Eula catches the particles. Eula tap E (burst should be up again).
Rinse and repeat. Use diona burst as needed
eula has the main dps basic attack though. I hit 9-25k per sword hit.
I agree on this one. C0 Eula Raiden always gets the job done for me and all start abyss easily
Idk man. This rerun is the same as today rerun and yesterday rerun. Its fucking confusing. I want kokomi so i can be jesus and i like her but i also want raiden just for my eula and perhaps on other team. Idk, if raiden works well in f2p eula, i will pull raiden and ima gonna pull kokomi in the future (maybe).
Having raiden against more than one opponent (floor 12 chamber 3) makes her energy recharge potential even greater. One swing of the booba sword and her burst is already back up
Completely agree that killing things too fast is an issue with c3 raiden. I usually have to purposely not fill up stacks and not use all my supports so that she dosent just oneshot the enemy and leave me with no energy recharge from the ult
In abyss run where you just nuke the other floor. And now new enemies in next floor with no burst 🤣🤣🤣 really suffering from success. But due to her high ER she gets it back really fast.
Yeah that or i try not to hit the whole group with the initial burst hit that way i can hit a few after and actually charge ult back up lol
if you have kazuha and ER bennet, filling her empty burst isn't that much issue
But yeah, I can relate to that when your initial burst wiped the entire mobs leaving nothing to hit to recharge the team energy😂
Over 35 things to consider, but there are only 2 that really matter: "Do you like Raiden?" and "Do you want Raiden?".

If you dont like her or want her then why even consider pulling in the first place lol. In terms of dmg out put she is cracked but pulling a character you dont want or like just for dmg just doesnt make sense when there are plenty of other dps out there.
IWtL was one of the very few CCs that judged Raiden correctly on release, keep that in mind.
She's a must pull in terms of meta, people who got her C1 already should go for her C2 to utterly break the character.

It's more of how he can provide why and how before he pass a judgement for me. Not only right or wrong.
Most cc who "judge" raiden shogun's worth correctly were failed to explain and only said that "she's archon", "she's good for future proofing", or "she's very great battery". They were right ofc, but that's basically repeating her advertisment words.
Those who judge her wrong are simply bad or lazy at analyzing characters, maybe because her description is just too long/complicated to understand for their "big brain".

Characters being met with outrage on release is literally every banner since Zhongli, the player base is just full of misinformation.
Even in 1.0 people thought Bennett and Xingqiu were D tier, now they are top meta. Ganyu "cryo Amber", Kazuha "5 star Sucrose", people thought Raiden was so bad that they threatened to sue Mihoyo, then people sent death threats to Kokomi's voice actress because they thought she was bad. And now? All these characters are meta, the players will never learn.

I didnt see a lot of that for ayaka or itto. I think ayaka having wet socks and itto having spaghetti arms were the most controversial things about them. So i dont think the players always freak out over everything.
5 star sucrose is a compliment (every kazuha showcase has him with freedom sworn aka noblesse artifact effect on weapon, and kokomi is bad the moment a new 5* hydro dps appears or even a new 4* hydro (no new hydro 4* since release) she's benched and ganyu is benched for Ayala so your point is ?
@@civilian142 That's probably because ayaka and itto have very simple mechanisms. Ayaka is literally press Q to win and itto just needs the right mouse button, yet still I see a lot of people believe ayaka is just a worse version of ganyu to this day. To be fair genshin has a large player base and a very complex combat system, but it's still funny that people never learn from their previous wrong judgements.
Itto's the one character who has almost zero outrage, Ayaka has faced some criticism which died quickly, mainly her burst supposedly went from 3 orbs in beta to 1 on C0, also people trying to jab with "cryo Keqing".
I love how Ei earned her place among the community from almost being called a failure of a character to one of the best overall character in the game. She proved them they're wrong XD. Looking forward to her banner sales again in rerun. god I hope I get that c2

raiden eula team at c0 is amazing! raiden provides eula with superconduct and elemental burst damage bonus and once eula is done with her burst i swap to raiden to use her burst and refund the teams energy. they synergize pretty well!
They do and that’s the point, what he means is that their damage at c0 is still subpar but probably enoygh
Yep. I run Raiden/Eula/Rosaria/Bennett and the team does pretty much everything you need. It's a dual carry comp. With so much battery from Raiden and fav Rosaria, you will never have energy issues. It's pretty much Bennett Q -> Eula Q -> Rosaria battery -> Bennett Q -> Raident Q rinse and repeat. And stick Rosaria Q somewhere in there to boost Raiden and Eula's crit rate.
I had C1 Eula when Raiden came out and tbh it was pretty underwhelming mostly because of Raiden damage. She hit so weak despite having the proper artifacts. And then I got her constellation early, and the next ten pulls was another constellation. After that, she hit like a truck and was finally convinced to let her on my Eula team. Now that I have Ganyu and Zhongli, I can finally run my now C3 Eula and C2 Raiden on the same team and they are... Chef kiss

Dps are easy to phase out of meta. Supports like Bennett aren't
@@RA-ux3fu that's true but she isn't a pure dps. She does provide some utility. I feel like if they nerf her by introducting enemies that counter her specifically then that would be a nerf to all the characters or all electro characters.
For example, they introduce enemies that reduce ur energy recharge on hit. That would be a nerf to everyone.
No matter how good character is I find it really hard to recommend to go for constellations since it most likely means you’ll get less new characters unless you’ll start whaling and with eventual powercreep as well as inderect nerfs you never know what mihoyo will do - maybe they’ll release enemies who are resistanf to burst damage one day just to screw up national team and nerf Eula and Raiden just like they screwed Venti in the past and trying to screw Zhongli now. We don’t know how meta will change more than one patch ahead so only get constellations and 5 star weapons if you really like that character.
Venti and Zhongli were both horrendously broken and functionally introduced mechanics that were both unique to them and extremely powerful. Venti was the only character in the game that could CC an entire spiral abyss floor, Zhongli made you immune to damage. Mihoyo chose to target those _unique_ mechanics, subsequently nerfing them.
Raiden is different, however. She has two defining strengths: energy and damage. Unlike the previous two archons, those aren't strengths unique to *her,* she just *does* them really well. There are numerous batteries and energy characters, and she's not even the only character that scales off ER- Mona does too. The only way they could make Raiden, specifically, worse, is if they nerfed energy recharge, or damage.
_every_ character needs ER and damage, however, so if they made damage or ER functionally worse, they would piss off the entire playerbase, and that's not something they would risk.
If you powercreep c2 Raiden, you’re also powercreeping any current character you could pull for. Your meta argument doesn’t make sense but yeah, it’s less characters and less diverse gameplay.
@@michaelchen6410 There are characters in this game who don't really use elemental burst to do damage and focusing on skill or normal attacks but maybe you didn't know that. I can see them releasing enemies with elemental burst dmg resistance in the future just to nerf current meta teams even if temperary. Or even just make a bunch of electro resistant enemies and put them in abyss will be enough. Raiden is still just year one character in a gacha game no matter how good she is if you think they'll never powercreep her you've lost your mind - They want to run this game for 5+ years and they want people to pay for characters too. They can just make even better dps but instead energy buff they'll give them crit dmg team buff or even Bennett's atk buff and it'll be enough - in the end of the day team battery is just a way to get more dps stat rolls instead of ER% or sands on your artifacts so they only have to release a character who gives even more benefits to the team than Raiden. Imagine 5 star Bennett who can do as much damage as Raiden other gacha games have characters like that too so it's more realistic than you think.
@@zolombox1779 My point was that your original argument of "don't go for cons because you get less new characters" is wrong. If you pull a different character instead of c2 Raiden, and c2 Raiden gets powercrept, then so will that character you pulled for. The only way to solve that issue is to not roll at all. So saying not to go for constellations because it's not good in terms of meta isn't true. I'm not denying that they'll powercreep her eventually.
@@michaelchen6410 Except not really. How exactly mihoyo countering Venti cc or Zhongli shield with corrosion affected other characters? It did't affect anyone at all. You just replace Venti with more useful Anemo character and use healers instead of Zhongli where his shield is not enough. After all not every character is good in the Raiden team - She needs certain conditions to do good damage. For example they can just make a bunch of new meta op characters with low cost bursts who do very little damage with their bursts and as a result nerfing Raiden's resolve stacks and personal damage as well as her utility as a battery if you try to use her in their teams and that'll be enough to push her out of the meta for a while unless you have c6r5 or and whale supports to keep her relevant. But it'll not affect any other character in the game (besides Sara maybe). And that's just one of the ways they can nerf her. The only change that hurts all characters is when they add more hp to the enemies in the abyss. I have no doubts mihoyo already have a plan to nerf her so they could push future characters - it's just how all gachas work, you've been manipulated to spend more on constellations, artifacts and weapons to keep characters relevant but in the end it doesn't matter if you spend more because they'll release new sets, weapons or characters who will be better than your current character at the same level of investments and you will want to use that one instead. And it doesn't matter if you are a c6 whale, c2 low spender or c0 F2P if that character will be better at all levels of investment, you only keep playing non meta characters if it's your waifu. Or do you want to tell me if you get c2 Raiden or c2 Kazuha now exactly because it's a "low investment power spike" and the next character will have much better power spike at c2 or even c1 you will not get them too even when people can beat hardest optional events with just c0 5 stars and right teams? But my main point is that you need more characters to have more fun with the game. If you feel like you need to spend to deal more damage then go for it but otherwise I would not recommend it unless you really like the character.

Something that I find quite fun to do is using Barbra and Raiden together. It is the closest we can get to the Beidou Raiden damage combo.

Raiden C0 - great battery support
Raiden C2 - great DPS & battery support in one package without swapping artifacts and weapon
She's fun to play when you often hear the sound 'ping' when her and teammates elemental burst recharged to full fast.
As many others have pointed out, Raiden C0 is already a great DPS that can clear all the content in the game with decent artifacts and support. Just because she becomes obscene with C2 doesn't mean she can only be a support at C0.

C0 Eula + C0 Raiden works exactly as intended: Eula uses her burst and Raiden fills up her energy again. That being said, using Fischl and Rosaria with Favonius has the same effect.
The problem is: when you use Raiden with Eula, you miss out on Raiden National.
Fischl and Rosaria don't provide the shred, nor do they provide the significant extra burst dmg that Raiden provides. Its definitely not Raiden's optimal nuke, but its still significant and noticeable. But yeah, Raiden National is pretty ridiculous.
I don't give much thought about raiden's potential and all that jazz. I just want my eula to do more big pp dmg. (My eula stats if you want to see idk. 80/80 4pc pale flame with sands as the off-piece. 54/158 crit with 0 Er 1.297 atk and 143% phys dmg if i remenber correctly. Using the skyrider greatsword talents at 7/7/7 my max dmg was 160k) my team is eula bennett lisa and rosaria. Making my crit 79% with rosarias crit transfer and cryo resonance. With all buffs i have 2.2k atk. I am ar48 on my eula account.) Also to remedy my lack of er on her i use full favonius weapons team.

I just farm emblem domain and every 3 trash 5* artifacts i trade for bloodstained pieces but till now i haven't got a single sands for my eula.I have phys.dmg Noblesse goblet which has like 18ER she fills her burst up like almost immediately when i want to use it even without raiden burst filling it up

I use c0 Eula Raiden and its fine for abyss focusing on bursts but I like Raiden national better with its massive DPS easily dumpstering hp pools
I still pull her despite people calling her "bad", "worst archon" etc back then.
She is the only limited 5 star character that I go hard for the constellation.

WOW! OMG OMG OMG! THE BRUTAL TRUTH! THIS IS SO BRUTAL AND CHANGES EVERYTHING!
I'm currently running C0Eula and C0Raiden on my team, together with C0Zhongli and C6Rosaria. They perform well in abyss, I actually completed 9 star Floor 12 abyss using this team. I have Staff of Homa on Raiden, The Unforged on Eula, 100%crit rate Rosaria, and hp% hp% Crit damage Zhongli.
as a F2P C0 Raiden with The Catch I can tell you that its enough to have her at that state, I even tuned down her crit dmn/rate because she casually one shotted most of our daily mobs in first ult slash, so no energy regen if ur enemy is dead. Yeah I use her for support but DPS wise C0 with the catch with good enough artifact make her quite punchy on first slash.
Tho if u want her to be busted don't go to C2, go all the way to C3 with her sig weapons
My c0 raiden one shots pretty much everything at overworld as well XD
she does 70k with her initial burst without any buffs, but the crazy thing is her damage jumps to 160k with just Bennett
@@jellomello984 yes for me its quite a disadvantage because you can't do energy regen and it will messed up with my rotation
So you're one of those suffering from success guy? For real though, I use her burst without stacks for open world because almost nothing can take her initial slash, except maybe Lawachurls on steroid state.

that kujo sara will be featured 4 star. I just want sara constellations. personally, i'd love to get a c1 kokomi, (im c0 atm) but im not a fan of raiden shogun purely because of her element. Electro is so sandbagged, that it makes comps worse imho. I think they should compensate electro by giving them their own unique internal cd or something.
I really would love shogun for her energy generation. But like... what is even the point? I've overcome every energy related issue with all my teams, so it'd just be a greed pickup at this point. Also, i got c1 zhongli on a 50/50, so chances are my luck is bottomed out for the rest of the year XD
F2P realistically cannot reach 400k.
I'm small spender and the highest I can reach for the full duration of the ult is 300k. That's with decent artifact that I farmed until I'm bleeding + full team support + skyward wep
As a proud C1 Raiden user - I want to get her to C2. Because it's her prime DPS boost. But as a F2P (granted - with grantee) I am not sure that I will. Because I am currently crossing my fingers for the Ganyu. with no primogems. And on 33 pity. And with Miko right around the corner.... You know that I mean? It's the worst part of gacha and FOMO. Do I have Raiden, Zhongli, Kazuha, Xiangling and Xingqiu (both C6)? Yes. Is it all that a Genshin player realistically needs? Yes. But the Miko though... And Sumeru is right around the corner. With Egypt looking theme (which is my favorite of all time. I LOOOOOOOOOVE me some ancient Egypt). It's really, REALLY hard as a F2P to commit to something. Which is why I think, that Genshin will be a much better game, in 8 or so years, then it actually comes out. (It makes sense, if you think about for more then 3 seconds).
P.S. - pull for Raiden if you don't have her. She's really awesome. And as a huge DMC Virgil fan - her Ult makes me go: "God that feels good". Every. Single. Time.

As someone who has a c0 raiden and a c2 raiden on seperate accounts i would say it depends on what you want to use her for, in raiden national it makes only very little difference overall but if you really want to run her as hypercarry then go for c2, but she still want insane artifacts as well for c2 hyper carry so take that into account. (ive been really unlucky with emblem so dont run hypercarry)

C0 Eula/C0 Raiden really isn't bad, it's more realistic for a lot of people who aren't whales. Maybe you won't be getting those crazy screenshots of damage but you can still do pretty much anything with that combo tbh.
I love Raiden, she can do it all. she is the best unit in the game imo.

Funnily enough it's just today that I saw someone's Raiden do 379k and checked out their build only to see that their stats were just slightly worse than mine, and somehow my highest was only 181k without crit fishing. And then I saw they have C3 :') Still losing my mind at how some constellations just spike a character's damage like mad. I hope one day I can pull her C3 as well, that'd be awesome.
C1 really helps a lot with resolve stacking, C2 is a 48% dmg increase to any dmg during her burst and then c3 is a further 10% dmg increase, its mad

one more thing you forgot to put in the pros section: if you go in co op mode, everyone can proc her elemental skill in the domains, and all the bursts counts for her own burst stacks
I will forever be upset that I stopped pulling on Raiden banner after I got her and when Kokomi banner dropped I did a multi to get a four star ( I forgot which one) and in that multi I got TWO Kokomi.
I'm glad I got Kokomi but had I done that on Raiden's banner I could've had a C2 Raiden with some crazy luck

Without Sara or Eula and with my national team members already in full teams, its hard to justify getting her. But I imagine she'll be good with more teams in the future. I always prefer pulling for support 5 stars instead of carries.
The problem with Eula-Raiden team at C0 is that even though it is Eula's strongest team but it is one of the worst teams for Raiden since almost every other meta Raiden team has a higher dps than Eula-Raiden. It is basically not fully utilizing Raiden's potential.
Yeah, that and coupled with the fact that Raiden spikes way earlier at C2/3 at which point making it outright pointless to have her support a non c6 Eula, makes it hard to justify pulling and investing in Eula at all.
One thing I'd like to add to this video is that while C6 Eula Raiden does set world records, Hyper Raiden sets just as many if not even more, dominating the fastest clear times for full continuous abyss f12 along with Freeze for at least the past 3 patches. And it costs less than half the price of a C6 Eula Raiden team.
@@td984 Abyss in general is not designed for Eula, multiple enemies or highly mobile ones. Outside of Abyss it's pretty much impossible to kill something faster than a c6 Eula.....when her nuclear Ult is up of course.
@@dohalimilqarasdeldemenanci8483 it's not impossible though, things with long hp gate windows like primo vishap who takes miniscule damage while he's getting up c6 Eula has the clear advantage because of her backloaded ult which she could still stack during their unkillable phase changes. But it's already been demonstrated that even for single floor/single boss speedruns ayaka hu tao and hyper raiden still has matchups where they're faster. The amplifier event PMA with 4m+ hp for example has the WR with Yoimiya and Hyper Raiden (which was actually from iwtl as well), triple Kenki last abyss had Ayaka Hu Tao and Hyper Raiden be the fastest 2 teams too, with hyper Raiden being the fastest at clearing all 3 chambers continuously on that side.

@@dohalimilqarasdeldemenanci8483 at that level of damage physical resistance doesn't mean much, Eula has access to so much physical shred (40% SC, 25% E, Rosaria, Xinyan, ZL, etc). The main problem is her energy, PMA has 3 phases and thats bad for Eula since the big majority of her damage at c6 comes from the ultimate pop, and she can't get her energy back fast enough without sacrificing a ton of damage for ER. She also can't kill the mob phase as fast as Raiden and Yoimiya can without her ult, who both can kill the mob phase quickly and the vulnerable phase with one damage rotation.
For speedruns triple Kenki mobility is irrelevant, the only one that has good mobility is the cryo one and for speedruns you would reset until you get the right AI rng where it doesn't do the dash. Eula simply loses head-to-head because her damage comes out slower.
C6 Eula can hit ridiculous damage especially if you critfish but she's limited by the fact that all of her damage is that one hit and she has a big energy requirement.

I’m happy to say that she was my second 5 star, first archon, crowned, and lvl 90 character. Her animations are so cool and elegant. Her role in the Inazuma archon quest gave me chills! I can’t wait to see her role in the upcoming update 😄
I love how I play Raiden completely different than everyone else and focus on her skill which is incredibly useful. I also love her basic attack combo so I use skyward spine on her for attack speed.
Never forget, on her first banner, one of well known "theorycrafter" said she's bad, and national team sucrose is better than raiden national.
Now look at what variation of national team is most used in the abyss?
These spreadsheet gamers think they can calculate every variable of gameplay and assume everybody can play flawlessly.
to be fair, its because they dont know her burst has hitlag extension which changes everything about her uptime on field. and that can only be discovered after her released. thats why they always said subject to change as disclaimer and no one can read.

I am part of both kqm and wfp tc and both TC general conclusion after 3 days of testing was raiden hyper damage is at xiao level and raiden national is one of best team comp against heavy enemies and an upgrade to childe international, but loses to international against mobs but still good and its still true at this point. So please dont spread unnecessary hate, it was community and self proclaimed TCs on youtube saying raiden was underwhelming.
I'd like to know what do they mean by "bad" 10:30. I have a friend who always pairs C0 Raiden with C0 Eula and he's doing just fine, clearing all available game content and fully starring the abyss so... no it ain't bad at all.
I think they mean. That it is not very rational to use Raiden instead of some kind of Fischl or Beido.

@@ursahere5370 I use c0 eula and c0 raiden and they're great! The thing about Fischl Beidou is you need to build more ER on Eula in order to get her burst back on cd, and Raiden reduces your Eula's ER need significantly. I easily clear abyss 36* if that matters.
I think it's because Raiden is better on a team built around her like Rational and Hypercarry Raiden than pairing her with Eula. That seems to be the only valid answer. You can obviously use Raiden with Eula but it doesn't work as well compared with her other team options unless hyperinvested which is where Eula-Raiden starts to slap so hard.

c0 Raiden and c0 Eula isn't bad, but you can get similar overall team dps with Fischl or Fischl+Beidou as Eula's partners, especially if you aren't farming an extra low ER set for Eula to take advantage of Raiden's batterying. Biggest problem is opportunity cost for your other abyss team, but if you weren't planning on running Raiden in your other team anyways there's no reason not to use them together.
I've tried out 2 of raiden's most popular comp (I didn't try out hypercarry one because none of my friends has kazuha, oof), and here's some of my biased opinion on it.
1. Raiden national is top 1 dps team
That is definitely capped, but not entirely. As in, not entirely wrong. It is the best single target team you can get at f2p range. Compare to the international team, it has the advantage of not needing as much er as you typically need on the 4 star characters, while doing not so bad in aoe.
2. Raiden national is the best f2p team
Yes and no. Yes as in it only takes one 5 star character. No as in it takes all the best 4 star in the game, which makes the team drafting on the other team a lot more difficult.
3. Raiden eula is the best duo carry team
That's also a yes and no, with the reason given by IWTL in this video. Yes as in at whale level of investment, it destroy anything in it's way. No as in at f2p range it's not even close to the best team, but it's not a bad team by any mean.
Overall, I think the raiden national team is pretty good, but not busted by any mean. It's just "f2p friendly" and since most people are f2p, they absolutely love it. Raiden eula tho not so much, with reason being it's literally just 2 dps character taking turn to deal their dmg, of course it's not that good if you compare to a team that has 3 characters doing dmg at the same time. On top of the caveats that both eula and raiden have, which is shield breaking.

*looks at my C6 Eula and C6 Raiden* yeah can't relate but still imagine they'd work well together for the superconduct and ER stuff. Honestly this is the first I've heard that people say that's "bad". I'd imagine they'd be more favorable together because they're both at their "least powerful" due to lack of cons
I just have to disagree. From what I found the ER sands and atk% were fairly similar while I found an easier boost getting the electro damage gob. Her C2 isn't as godly as it seems, due to how def scales on npcs. Lastly add ayaka to the Raiden/Eula team and it performs outstandingly well all at c0. Not saying you're wrong, just things I feel strongly about after months of testing and being my most used carry character.
I wonder if I should go for Miko c0, or c2 Raiden. I have her built pretty well 300% Er, r5 Catch, 60% Crit rate and 120% Crit dmg

C2 better then miko, imho. Also Miko rerun will be more soon then raiden.
It depends on your taste. If you prefer on more playable characters then go for Yae. C2 Raiden is easily one of the best characters in the game, she can be used as hypercarry. So, do you prefer more character or go for a massive upgrade on dps with her C2?
I have less ER than you but similar stats and I'm going for Yae Miko! I think it will be okay. I'm going to rely on electro resonance if my Raiden won't refill Miko's energy all the way.
Having new characters are better since you get to play a new one. But if you're just looking at things from a meta perspective definitely go for c2.
I just wanna say that con 0 Eula and con 0 Raiden are great together. I'm sure higher constellations are better, but them at 0 is still a good upgrade. Zero problems here!

i have c0 raiden with catch and c0 eula with r1 broken pines i can say that both do synergy so well, raiden can constantly applying electro to enemy and eula can superconduct it easily without any significant delay
and both of them isnt at full potential (artifact rng do be pain sometimes) and my eula can manage to hit about 400k+. i try using r1 snow tombed on eula and i can still manage to hit decent damage per screenshot

With the Maximum set up she might have the fastest DPS. Easily able to output 2M damage within her burst time.
Raiden was a pull based on cool factor, and the fact she works so well is just a plus.
C0 Elua and C0 Raiden is fine, my only problem is I have a high ER Eula so she essentially always has her burst up. I can even run QiQi C1 for this impossible to kill build with clam putting out even more damage and free up Diona. Then of course there is the team I see nobody mentioning but it's actually a ton of fun Jean C2/XQ C6/Raiden/Sara C6 of course you can swap XQ for Bennet but I don't know if it's worth it. You could probably put another support here as well.
About your question: Constellation CO Eula and Constellation C0 Raiden works incredibly well together, perm ult having then with the average build and Eula with at least 130 energy recharge
Raiden constellation is the best DPS + SUPPORT in the game
C1 - C3 boosting her damage almost 2 times
C4 & C6 buffing 30% atk and -5 seconds cd on other party member Q is just insane pretty much an unstoppable rotation @_@
I play C1 Eula+ C0 Raiden and they work extremelly well together

At C3 you deal 18% more than at C2, because you treat 160% as baseline. 188% is 1.175 * 160%, which was then rounded to 1.18, aka 18% increase.
C0 Raiden with C0 Eula it's not bad, it's weird to use because you don't usually want to give all stacks to the Eula so Raiden can use the Bennett buff to so it's not the biggest damage from Eula but, it's comfortable once you get use to it because the rotation goes smoothly and it have a consistent damage
I have a c0 eula with wgs and c0 raiden with catch aren't bad in the slightest it is far more than you need to clear abyss with 36 stars

Fish to play for all event 4* weapons prior to 2.0. If you have it max refined, will show up as "acquired" in the shop and a duplicate can't be purchased. If they do an upgrade to 4* event for the Dark Iron Sword during Kazuha's nth rerun, everyone who still has it gets the event, everyone else who foddered it gets fish to play in the next patch.

As someone who mains Eula (C0) with a C0 Raiden, I won't say it's bad. In fact I still manage to speedrun most content and bosses every single time, but in the end the results will depend on the rest of your time comp, artefacts and weapons. But very feasible to do heavy damage with 4-star weapons on both characters. You will need to get as much crit from both charas though.

tbh for me tho being a f2p c0 raiden has little to no downsides she is a battery , a good dps, she regenarates her own burst and i literally feel like her resistance to interruption is wayyyy higher .
Raiden downtime is 11 sec cause the time starts right after Q is pressed. So for 7 sec u will be dpsing and after that rotate the other support characters and her Q is up :)

So I have both C0 Eula and Raiden Shogun.
With below average artifacts and a Skyward Pride(best Claymore that I have) I can do around 140K-160K Eula's burst dmg. idk if that's good but that's the highest dmg I can consistently do. It can still be improved with, idk, a 4set Noblesse, Bennett, pyro resonance, defence shred, etc.
This character is an amazing battery for all team comps off field support and burst dps.

You actually need to pick atk% sand if you take an electro goblet. And if you pick an energy recharge sand you need to pick atk% goblet. Just avoid energy recharge sand + electro goblet or you'll lack atk !
I would get her but if she needs emblem of served fate I’m not. Farming for Xingqiu and Xiangling was horrible.
I can only speak for the whale side, but Raiden is my most used character period. She'll smack everything in seconds. Doesn't even struggle in challenge events for max scores. Definitly tied in my number 1 spot with a couple other characters. Also hope you still do a new Ayaka video with shenhe. I have shenhe c6 and soon ayaka will be also, so i'd be interested in seeing you showcase them. Much love.
