That must be one of those projects where the job satisfaction makes you want to leap out of bed each morning. Lovely result - I'd love a wildlife garden like that.
We do live the job, but not much leaping these days! I’m getting too old 😂
A job well done is a job appreciated forever
Thank you Michael!
Good job!!
Thanks!
Beautiful pond and brilliant results 👏
Glad you enjoyed it! This was a lovely pond to work on. They were really happy with the final result
So beautiful, good work guys!
Glad you like it!
Great job lads, the pond looked great 👍🏻
Glad you enjoyed it
Nice! I love how y'all care for the wildlife you find along the way. ❤
We definitely try, it's a big part of what we do ❤
The two pond and river bed idea is so beautiful so you have twice the amount of sound as the two water falls are going at the same time. I love the plantings around the ponds and river its so beautiful I have a red acer next to my pond but i think the pond is leaking too. I am sure you wont come out to Canada to fix it though. lol. We are getting ready to move so we are going to take the pond out and i will find out where the leak is when we get to our other house. I have some composed beautiful soil to put in to fill in the holes where the pond was. thanks for the ideas though its great. good job lads. Live stock is a great thing to preserve its important to do that and i love that you are doing that too. its great that things other than fish live in and around the pond. While my pond was working i found a couple of dead mice that had fallen in. if i had some netting on it i think it may have saved their lives so when having a pond its important to have some kind of barrier around so as the wild life done fall in and drown. i still feel bad for that but you live and learn.
It’s all a learning curve. Good look with your next pond, I’m sure it will be better
what a beautiful pond, great job👏👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Great job guys I bet they were thrilled, what a beautiful garden. Jo Devon 🙂
Yes they really loved the work we did and left us a lovely review. Glad you enjoyed watching it to 😁
Very nice! On my ponds, when I spray foamed, I added some small rocks and sand to immediately hide the foam. Very lovely pond, the home owners should be very proud of they landscaping. Thank you for sharing.
Yes we did a bit of this, and also some roughing it up so that it will age and grow moss etc
That was absolutely lovely, I really enjoyed it. What a beautiful garden too!

Hi mate I've shared your video on Wayside Koi page 🚀🚀👍👍
Awesome thank you! Hopefully some of the members enjoy our videos. I’ve got a good one on draining an abandoned koi pond that may be of interest?
@@Mountain_Aquatics no problem 🚀🚀👍👍
Th two owners pointing at the end having a little chat "Look I told you, I told you they would trample the fucking plants".
😂😂
Any more news on the farm pond
Yes big updates coming so make sure you’re subscribed so you don’t miss it!
is the stream lined or is it just natural? been thinking about doing something like a stream connected to main pond, would serve a filtration purpose i suppose too, unsure how practical it is though.
It’s lined. But as it’s full of stones and gravel it looks very natural
Ive never used pond or tank water too clean my filters.iknow your supposed to but I've never had a problem with it .
Every time you do your killing all that good bacteria, give it a go as it can take up to 4-6 weeks for that bacteria to regrow every time you use tap water
@@Mountain_Aquatics Iknow but there is always some left in the filter I squeeze it under the tap until the mulm stops coming out but there is always some still in there. Plus There must be good bacteria 🦠 all around the tank especially in like planted tanks with substrate . But I'm not arguing with you you are right. I have just never had a problem doing it so I look at it like if it's not broke don't fix it .
@@Mountain_Aquatics also great video keep them coming
Thanks pal
