I have sbi prime credit card... It has offer of 3000rs voucher after payment of joining fees. I already paid the joining fees but I am not getting voucher of 3000 rs. There helpline no is always busy and I don't get satisfactory reply of my mails regarding the same. What to do?
It takes 10 days after paying the membership fees to get the benefit. My suggestion will be try calling them between 2pm to 3pm or else use sbi card app option mailbox use any category they are very prompt. I faced a issue where they issued a new fbb card with a limit which is double my existing card. After I complain they closed that card n transferred the whole limit to my existing card

As soon as possible you pay your bill it will definitely help to improve your credit score.
Don't pay before bill generation because if you pay before then it will not even change your cibil score. So pay after bill generation only

I have sbi prime credit card... It has offer of 3000rs voucher after payment of joining fees. I already paid the joining fees but I am not getting voucher of 3000 rs. There helpline no is always busy and I don't get satisfactory reply of my mails regarding the same. What to do?
It takes 10 days after paying the membership fees to get the benefit. My suggestion will be try calling them between 2pm to 3pm or else use sbi card app option mailbox use any category they are very prompt. I faced a issue where they issued a new fbb card with a limit which is double my existing card. After I complain they closed that card n transferred the whole limit to my existing card

I am using icic credit card .I got a call from hdfc bank they said u got approval of hdfc credit card on card to card basis and asked me to send pan card,aadhar card and latest statement . I asked their id details they sent their id to me in whatsapp after that I send my pan,adhar and latest statement after that they sent me an apk file to install .
