Interesting coincidental situation. I was looking at a bunch of CSL/Evo stuff today because I have new wheels that I need to coat before they go on my car lol.
Yee3eeeeessssss again I need this. Will be doing this in a month or so. So u didn't show how much u put on the applicator or how often u have to reapply to the applicator. I thought it was like a couple drops for a large panel is that correct?
Just a few drops per section. I’ll show more in next weeks video since I got a new bottle of csl in and need to finish up the other side. You can tell when you need more product when it starts to streak.
Yes you can use that between each step. Just make sure the prior coat is properly cured before doing so. And I would only spray it in the towel and not on the paint directly.
Yes, unless you want to keep the swirls or scratches on the paint. Any imperfection in the paint will be sealed over and visible once the coating is applied.
typically hate to see wheels without center caps but those gold rings 100 percent make up for it car looks amazing man
Great and relaxing video. And still keeping a positive vibe after spilling the bottle. U sir got my sub 😁👍
Great video. I have only heard horror stories of ceramic coating, but watching your video has enlightened me that it’s no big deal.
Don’t be discouraged! It’s an easy process as long as you know the steps.
That intro tho 😂 can't wait to see your car out!

@@Scoobyfreak86 thank u! Ur a rockstar, my man.
Awesome video! Are the headlights + tail lights OEM?
Headlights are but modified. Tails are aftermarket.
What happened his life, and you handled it well.
do i wipe the car with gtechniq panel wipe before using CSL & EXO?

You should give gyeon synchro a try on the telluride next. Have used it on 5 cars with great results
Thanks for the tip! I’ve actually tried synchro. It didn’t wow me with the overall look. Still had great properties though.
@@Scoobyfreak86 hmm next time I’ll give gtechniq a try
Do you use one towel for a whole coat or do you change them out throughout doing so?
Multiple towels. Usually change every 3-4 panels or so.
After how many panels would you recommend to toss out the suede application cloth?
You can do one layer over the entire car with 1 applicator. The applicator is constantly moving so it tends to stay wet during the whole process.
Looks great. I wish I had the time.
Do you need to paint correct before?
Yes, unless you want to keep the swirls or scratches on the paint. Any imperfection in the paint will be sealed over and visible once the coating is applied.
hahaha the intro, such heart break
It hurt my soul haha
The intro 🤣🤣🤬

Did you use a degreaser before putting both of the csl and exo ?
You need to decontaminate the paint prior. That includes a stripping soap. Iron remover and clay bar (or auto scrub).
@@Scoobyfreak86 yea I did all that, just was wondering if the degreaser is needed as mentioned in the back of the box
