I've lost track of the Frey's since they brought their son into their lives and today I remembered to look for them and scrolling through the videos I saw this and IMMEDIATELY stopped everything I was doing and started bawling and I haven't stopped. I'm half through the video and I don't forsee being able to stop crying for a while. I'm really not sure if I would've been able to handle this video when it first came out. It was right around when my son was a newborn and I was going through a terrible time mentally

When I started my journey into service dogs when my epilepsy became a problem Ollie was a big inspiration for me on how a service dog could give back independence and really just be a partner for you through those tough times. His videos popping up are how I found the Frey family and I’ve been here ever since almost a decade later. Thank you Ollie.
I just hugged my “Ollie” dog from the Frey Life and said a little prayer of thanks to the Lord for sending Ollie into your life when you needed him most! Grief is just love persevering - a quote I often think on. Ollie lives on in so many ways, I was inspired to get my own Standard Poodle after watching your videos. In Judaism when someone dies we say, "May his memory be a blessing", although Ollie may not physically be there anymore, his memory lives on in the people who love him (of which there are many). My boy is 10.5. I try not to think of the inevitable and try to live every single day with him to the fullest. He has helped me through so many of life's trials I don't know what I would do with out him. So far for a shep he has great mobility and still plays like a young pup so I am hopeful for many more wonderful days. I wish your pup good health and to enjoy every single day that she has on this earth with you! ❤

Oh Lord have mercy. Such a sweet, sweet boy. I went through similar two years ago when my poodle mix Ellie snuck into the bathroom in the middle of the night, laid down on the soft rug, and peacefully left this world. She was 11 and we didn't know what happened at first, she'd been fine. But we took her to the vet to be cremated because it was too cold and the ground too hard to bury her, and they loved her so much that they took it upon themselves to find answers. All those weeks she'd been acting like an old but normal dog, she'd had a stomach full of cancer and her heart was failing. She didn't want us to know, she wanted to leave this world in the home she'd shared with us for 11.5 years. When she died, one of the things I did was watch Oliver focused videos on your channel. He had me laugh when my heart was breaking over my own sweet furball.
I’m so sorry, Mary and Peter!! Losing a fur baby is so hard. It’s even harder when the fur baby has been such an integral part of your life. My husband and I adopted one of his military working dogs that he took to Iraq. He was the best dog and saved my husband’s life. The day he died, our 2 year old was climbing all over him and putting socks on his paws. He was still the best companion and protector. Later that day we found out he had a massive tumor when we took him to the emergency vet for what we thought was bloat. Even in his very sick state, he perked up when anyone came in the room and looked at us to see if the vet was a threat until we reassured him that she was fine to be near us. I’ve never seen my husband cry so much as the day we had to put Alex down. There was another military working dog that was being put down about a year later for a degenerative muscle wasting disorder. Never in my life have I seen so many grown men bawling their eyes out. There’s a special bond with a working dog (military, police or service dog) that you can’t understand until you’ve experienced it. I’m glad Ollie had so many great years with y’all!!!! I lost my beautiful fur daughter in June one day after her 12 th birthday. She had cancer and she didn’t suffer long either. You gave him the best life any fur son could asked for. I have watched Ollie and you guys for a very long time. He will always live in your hearts.

Ollie is the reason I have my own apricot standard poodle, he’s 7 years old now and an absolute amazing part of my family. He seemed to be the pinnacle of a good boy. So sorry for your loss
I’m so sorry. Losing a dog is rough, but losing a service dog is something that cuts so deeply, especially when it’s so fast. I lost my SD a couple years ago in under 24 hours. I get that indescribable feeling and despite that he’s been gone for a few years, it still hits hard. Run free Ollie Boy! Go catch up with my boy Simba and his brother who just passed Deacon. I am so truly sorry. I know that pain all too well. I lost three of my cats this year & am about to lose our 13 year old dog. The pain is unbearable every single time. I know we move on with life because we have to & that the pain fades but it never fully goes away. You just learn to push it back so that you can keep going. I still cry over my fur babies that I lost years ago. Ollie was the best dog! I know you’ll be in pain always on some level but I also know he is with you in spirit & he will never leave you. I'm so so sorry. I have rheumatoid arthritis. I have had numerous operations in my upper joints. Shoulders and elbows. I had a golden retriever. Named Molly. She was my dog. Always looked after me. She got cancer everywhere at fourteen. It was so hard to say goodbye to het. Now I have a black Labrador. Called Harvey. He is eight. Already he has entwined into my heart. Our animals are such an important part to our lifes. Thinking of you at this difficult time. God bless. 😍😍

My dog Bailey was with me through my divorce, and helped me through what was definitely the most difficult part of my life. I had to put her down just over two years ago. She was there long enough to know I was okay. I still miss her, and am so grateful for how she helped me heal. She was a great hiking buddy too. I called her my Bailey Goat. She’s up there playing with Ollie right now, sharing treats, showing him around. ❤

My little one serves me almost everyday as that little reminder that I am not alone, that people are there to support me and that there is also a little hug patiently waiting for whenever I need it. I was thrilled to see your vlog.....then saddened by Ollie's death. I worked with people who had service dogs. That bónd is so intense with a working dog. But as any animal owner knows the strength of those bonds. I had my 14 year old schiperkee Hunter euthanized a year ago due to dementia. Today I found a group here in Washington state that finds forever homes for older unadoptable dogs, and I just applied before I saw your vlog....it's a God thing as today has been full of dogs. You were the best family for Ollie, as well as he for you. Bless you, and I'm sending you a hug from the west coast.

Grief is just love persevering - a quote I often think on. Ollie lives on in so many ways, I was inspired to get my own Standard Poodle after watching your videos. In Judaism when someone dies we say, "May his memory be a blessing", although Ollie may not physically be there anymore, his memory lives on in the people who love him (of which there are many). I'm so sorry for your loss

My boy is 10.5. I try not to think of the inevitable and try to live every single day with him to the fullest. He has helped me through so many of life's trials I don't know what I would do with out him. So far for a shep he has great mobility and still plays like a young pup so I am hopeful for many more wonderful days.

Oh Lord have mercy. Such a sweet, sweet boy. I went through similar two years ago when my poodle mix Ellie snuck into the bathroom in the middle of the night, laid down on the soft rug, and peacefully left this world. She was 11 and we didn't know what happened at first, she'd been fine. But we took her to the vet to be cremated because it was too cold and the ground too hard to bury her, and they loved her so much that they took it upon themselves to find answers. All those weeks she'd been acting like an old but normal dog, she'd had a stomach full of cancer and her heart was failing. She didn't want us to know, she wanted to leave this world in the home she'd shared with us for 11.5 years. When she died, one of the things I did was watch Oliver focused videos on your channel. He had me laugh when my heart was breaking over my own sweet furball.
I’m so sorry, Mary and Peter!! Losing a fur baby is so hard. It’s even harder when the fur baby has been such an integral part of your life. My husband and I adopted one of his military working dogs that he took to Iraq. He was the best dog and saved my husband’s life. The day he died, our 2 year old was climbing all over him and putting socks on his paws. He was still the best companion and protector. Later that day we found out he had a massive tumor when we took him to the emergency vet for what we thought was bloat. Even in his very sick state, he perked up when anyone came in the room and looked at us to see if the vet was a threat until we reassured him that she was fine to be near us. I’ve never seen my husband cry so much as the day we had to put Alex down.
There was another military working dog that was being put down about a year later for a degenerative muscle wasting disorder. Never in my life have I seen so many grown men bawling their eyes out.
There’s a special bond with a working dog (military, police or service dog) that you can’t understand until you’ve experienced it. I’m glad Ollie had so many great years with y’all!!!! Sending y’all big hugs! 💜
I am so sorry to hear about Ollie. He will be watching over you guys. He wasn’t a doggie. He was a fur son. They are a family member. I lost my beautiful fur daughter in June one day after her 12 th birthday. She had cancer and she didn’t suffer long either. You gave him the best life any fur son could asked for. I have watched Ollie and you guys for a very long time. He will always live in your hearts.

I’m so sorry. Losing a dog is rough, but losing a service dog is something that cuts so deeply, especially when it’s so fast. I lost my SD a couple years ago in under 24 hours. I get that indescribable feeling and despite that he’s been gone for a few years, it still hits hard. Run free Ollie Boy! Go catch up with my boy Simba and his brother who just passed Deacon. I am so truly sorry. I know that pain all too well. I lost three of my cats this year & am about to lose our 13 year old dog. The pain is unbearable every single time. I know we move on with life because we have to & that the pain fades but it never fully goes away. You just learn to push it back so that you can keep going. I still cry over my fur babies that I lost years ago. Ollie was the best dog! I know you’ll be in pain always on some level but I also know he is with you in spirit & he will never leave you. I'm so so sorry. I have rheumatoid arthritis. I have had numerous operations in my upper joints. Shoulders and elbows. I had a golden retriever. Named Molly. She was my dog. Always looked after me. She got cancer everywhere at fourteen. It was so hard to say goodbye to het. Now I have a black Labrador. Called Harvey. He is eight. Already he has entwined into my heart. Our animals are such an important part to our lifes. Thinking of you at this difficult time. God bless. 😍😍

My dog Bailey was with me through my divorce, and helped me through what was definitely the most difficult part of my life. I had to put her down just over two years ago. She was there long enough to know I was okay. I still miss her, and am so grateful for how she helped me heal. She was a great hiking buddy too. I called her my Bailey Goat.

I bring him to any appointments I might have and have him in my bag on days I think are going to a lot. Since getting an official diagnosis for my disability I sewed him a little blue assistant dog vest that I put on him when I need him to “work”, just like your Ollie boy. My little one serves me almost everyday as that little reminder that I am not alone, that people are there to support me and that there is also a little hug patiently waiting for whenever I need it. Thank you so much for sharing your beloved friend with us, I will always be so grateful for that and how I was introduced to the world of service dogs because of the three of you. We love you Ollie boy 🥰.

I was thrilled to see your vlog.....then saddened by Ollie's death. I worked with people who had service dogs. That bónd is so intense with a working dog. But as any animal owner knows the strength of those bonds. I had my 14 year old schiperkee Hunter euthanized a year ago due to dementia. Today I found a group here in Washington state that finds forever homes for older unadoptable dogs, and I just applied before I saw your vlog....it's a God thing as today has been full of dogs. You were the best family for Ollie, as well as he for you. Bless you, and I'm sending you a hug from the west coast.
