I love that trunk! That's what enables ebikes to be true car replacers.
You have really mastered the art of the ebike review :) . This is a totally accurate take on the bike. I purchased this bike and love it (also purchased the EMMA 2.0 for my son as a school and work commute bike). Feels like a comfy Cadillac compared to other ebikes I own or have ridden. I help it on hills and honestly love pedaling it with that torque sensor. Its heavy, but that's what keeps it grounded and really feeling like a family 'vehicle' . Great review, thanks!. Doing my own review as well, but geez, you really cover it all. Thanks
I ride my grizzly with my wife on the bacl daily to the gym and around chicago. We love it way more than driving weather permitting of course.
A great commuter bike and grocery bike! Love the long distance range. I think the 150 mile is the pedal range. But you really riding it all day more than 60 miles at high speed? Impressive
I wish I had a business background. I would have thought to start my own E Bike company in 2016 or so . Roll through covid with a large warehouse full of stuff and right on into the 2020s with new higher power, higher tech and feature loaded bikes. 😂
As always , truly appreciate all your reviews and work you put into the videos
Peace be with you! Thank for reviewing the Roll-Road Emma 3.0 e-bike. Very well spec'ed out. Great👍 BTW, my e-scooter has both NFC and an app in which to Lock & Unlock the e-scooter. Thanks again!
Check out the Fucare line of bikes👍the Libra Scorpio Gemini X and the full size Taurus .These bikes have a top speed of 51 km hour and have a controller that goes from 20 amps to 31.5 amps 😊
After watching many many videos I noticed your channel heats better brand bikes than a lot of other channels great 👍 videos
We need more wired, freedom, videos, and information
I'm trying to buy a wired freedom but they're on backorder you have to wait a month
Perfect bike for neighborhood riding and grocery, the trunk looks beautiful
Oh. Nice trunk. You can put a cargo net on top and stick a hoodie or something under the net. Put a fishing pole under the net and box of tackle inside with lunch 😁 Little bag of some fresh made Lumpia and dipping sauce.
usually only get lumpia if we visit mother in laws house :)
@@CitizenCycle925 tell them I'm making beef kaldereta with liver spread. Yummy. Depends on what the family likes as to final ingredients. Like Menudo and Mechado .. Variations depending on area and family. 😁
Another good review! The cargo rack upgrade is great. I got my Emma2.0 8000+miles without any issues. Love the suspension. Now gonna save for this dual batteries and 52v system black one. Hoping still get free trunk then😂😂😂
Glad to hear you have had a good experience with them, thanks for sharing.
These lights are so cool, safe riding at night.
Looks like a great bike to drive to work. Thanks for the great review 👍
This bike deserves a controller upgrade. 👍🏻👍🏻
I agree, 40 amp controller would wake it up if the BMS in the batteries allow that much.
@@Hoggdoc1946and a second motor. Sine we are at it up it to 60v 😂
You sure could push another 300-400 watts to this motor. I own this bike and love it (also purchased the EMMA 2.0 for my son)... just don't think they had room for a bigger controller in the crank box. Going to keep it how it is and enjoy the bike...but if you wanted to make a hill climber out of it...a 35amp controller would go along way.
@@ebikeupgradesjust got my Emma 3.0 and I’m very pleased. The hills can be challenging with throttle only, but give it a little peddle power and it flys! It’s my first moped style bike and first torque sensor. Lots of fun and great exercise when I want to.
@@pdleyland Yeah, I love our EMMA 3.0, the more I ride it the more I get better anticipating hills and throwing in some human power. I always feel better for getting exercise, so this bike has really been a win win, and still a thrill to ride
Great review as usual , but I think at least half of the people looking for an ebike are going to want more torque for the hills especially with this ebike not having the extra gears.
The top speed is fine but in New England it just doesn't appear to have the gonadotropin it needs for the hills. Maybe one day Wired will come out with one of these and do it right.
I hate auto correct , I typed gonads
Yes, i would agree that hill climbing torque is something majority of people are looking for. This bike had decent power but torque for steep hill climbing torque was not its strength.
This is totally true but if your willing to chip in a 100 watts of leg power, this bike is really excellent, I have just over 100 miles on our bike it is really a comfy solid family vehicle. If your a bigger rider who doesn't want to peddle at all and live in a hilly area, yeah, this bike is really not a good fit.
In my case and at my age (71) I'm looking for that pedal assist that will be substantial on the hills.
I'm a 300Lb old guy at 65 age. Do you think it's fit for me? Love the step through and large long seat. 5'9" BTW
NC here I come, houses like 1/3 of where I live. Also, I was born in Asheville, like a million years ago. NC is so green and open, and clean.
Nice bike and great review.
That bike is perfect for the person with an UberEats and/or DoorDash side hustle in an urban area with 30+ mph and insane range for a long shift delivering Tacos. 🌮🌮🌮 😃👍
🐍 I have done the same battery error on my Grizzly. Flipping the 2nd battery ON will make the Full battery discharge into the lower voltage battery as well as power the motor. Or you can do what I do flip OFF the front battery and run the higher battery down to the same voltage then add the lower voltage for dual battery power and reduced SAG at the lower voltages. 🖖🤙
Adorable pair😊
Nice end scenes!
Lots of cool features for sure! In reality, with passenger hauling ability and 35MPH top speed it's a little electric motorcycle in disguise. I'm a little concerned that fools riding these newer and faster e-motorcycles/e-scooters will ruin things for the rest of us e-bikers though with even more laws and restrictions.
Nice to see them tires work pretty good .I was concerned about that style of tread my fabulous Reaper coming today has them tires
With a balance splitter, if you use 20% of one and then turn on the second battery at 100%, the first sits idle until the second drops to 80%. It's best to ALWAYS keep both batteries on and use both. With both batteries fully charged, you would have gotten 1600w+ and 37mph+ Each battery gives ~30-40 amps to get your best pull. When the voltage equaled out, you got your 60-80amps back to do 40.
You forget the controller is limited to 28 amps.
@@Hoggdoc1946 that actually blows
I wanna see a 45 controller on it and watch it fly lol
Juiced bikes lost it’s bid to copyright this design, as you see it’s just like the Hyper Scorpion. Yes that bike design and accessories that changed everything to what it is today. Juiced bikes troubles came from the pandemic just as the bike hit production. Parts dried up and the market forced swaps outs etc.. Anyway have mine now 4 years still rolling! Got to replace the pissy fork but it works still falls short of what the rest of the bike demands. Tektro brakes are fine no problems. 10,000 miles and still rocking. The bikes design is a good one and with loss of copyright more bikes like this will pop up.
One key to rule them all?🤔
Would you make a 20in AWD kit?
i love that rike ....
Great bike for DoorDash the dual batteries is awesome n the trunk
Really didn't care for the lack of gears , would have been a deal breaker for me .
With enough power and big tooth chain ring you don't need gears. It's clean and simple I love it. If they had second engine for this one to the front I'll probably buy it or you can add it yourself actually.
Yup!
@@helix9268would be a tank w a second motor lol. Love the way your brain works 😂
Different topic but any luck in bypassing that Aventon throttle with a new controller
Bandit bikes have NFC and looks a lot like this bike !
This looks a bit like the now discontinued Juiced HyperScorpion or whatever it was. A true moped. Needs blinkers and mirrors.
It has blinkers and mirrors are easy to add
With the weight of this bike at well over 100 lbs. You won't be able to peddle this bike with a single gear. They should have given the bike multiple gears in case of a battery problem for safety. I had a juiced rip racer with a single gear system. You cannot peddle it if there is a battery outage I have had the experience.
It’s not meant to be ridden with a dead battery 🪫 😂
I own this bike, you'd be surprised how useful that one gear is in combination with the torque sensor. Can peddle comfortably at 5-10 mph or crank into and pedal up to 30mph (you look like a normal person up to 25mph,, then you look a little intense up to 30, but I do it :) Great bike
The way the display is mounted could be changed. If you want to put an accessory on the bars that display hogs up all the room . Can't slide it out of the way
There is a little bit of room by the grips to mount something.
I love single-gear, no maintenance and annoying align adjustment all day, Useless for moped bike. 52/16T is good to go. Want exercise, pedal it, want speed, throttle it!
Which one would you buy
Bandit x trail pro or
Rollroad Emma 3.0
I have the same question currently right now! Which one is the best
You da man. You da lucky man. I think i hate you. 😠.LOL luv you really. I've just subscribed and look forward to more. Take care buddy. Kind regards Simon from Dover UK. ✌😎.Si.
Which one would you buy, juices hyperscramble 2 or road roll Emma 3.0 also this can go up to 65 mph correct
Personally i would probably get the Roll Road because it has more battery capacity, more robust motor, more cargo capacity, and easy mount step thru frame, all for the same price as the Hyperscrambler. That looks like a great closeout deal on the Hyperscrambler though. Whatever fits you best!
3.0 has only single speed and 2.0 has 7 speed, which one you think is good to buy between this 2?
Can you put 7 speed on emma 3.0?
I can see this bike having alot of sales
He selling this one fast 😂
Do it again with 2 fresh batteries. Might get another 2 - 3 mph. I may be wrong.
Motor sounds a little chirpy at high speeds
You are always great at the information of your review's.. but now with behind the scenes exllant 👍👍🤣
Once you tried torque sensor you never want go back
Why don't you do unboxing videos,
honestly because i think they are boring.
Just the brand name of lots of these Xinese E-bikes reeks of "tofu-dreg" construction. Won't last a year w/o issues. And when it breaks, who is gonna work on it in your town? YOU!
Hi, 3.0 is the 4th version actually. We designed and improved it from Emma, Emma pro, 2.0, and now the 3.0. Fly-by-night companies will not continue to invest in improvements to one model. So this is a mature model that can stand the test of the market. We listen to customer feedback and continue to improve this product. We will launch version 4.0 in 2025.
@@RollRoadEbikeI’m a bike guy who had two back surgeries & I want my freedom back. I use an underwater treadmill twice a week trying to loose weight & my goal is to get to 399lbs before I purchase the Emma 2.0, I now want the 3.0 but after seeing this video & seeing him struggle up the hill, I would want to shift into a lower gear because I don’t think I could peddle going up a hill. My goal is to get under 300lbs & Emma will be fun for me to get there. I’ll hold off to see what the 4.0 has to offer but I don’t need a front motor. Some of the mountain trails won’t allow it but glad that you can change to the different classes & I like that trunk. It’s about perfect for me & I would want a lower gear, mirrors & a trailer hitch to tow a small trailer to haul a cooler & camp chair, even take a fishing pole.
We need more wired, freedom, videos, and information fyi…
Basically just an emoped that just slaps pedals on lol loop holes
Be careful that you guys don't fall into the mindset of forming a cult isolating yourselves out of fear. I speak to you as a follower of Jesus Christ for He has not given us the spirit of fear. May the Lord bless you and keep in your right mind, the mind of Christ.
Torque sensor sucks.😝
I’d like to bring my girlfriend together, seems 450 lbs payload said on the page is good.
You have one of my dream man caves 🫡😞
