RIP Frankie Banali. Frankie was one of the greatest heavy metal drummers. Live he always added that extra "something" that made each performance special. You could not take yours eyes off of him. He will be missed.

Carlos is a much cleaner guitarist for Quiet Riot and co-wrote songs as well! 🤔 Slade deserves credit for this song they just couldn't get it right and that's what makes this version the very best. 👍🔥
A friend of mine got tickets for US Fest and I didn't go . Looking at this footage reminds me I still regret not going . Plus how often do you see the lead singer carry the lead guitarist on his shoulders during the solo !!!

I was 17 when this was released by Slade back in 1973. Their music loud stomping good time rock. We loved it. For all you youngsters out there Quiet Riot did a very good job of covering this song but if you haven’t done so before , check out SLADE . 👍

i was there. tried to find some weed. driving up there a dude held out a big bag. this is yours if'n u give me a ride. i said sure. he got in and some people jumped in the back. drove them up to the concert. the people in the back said hey we left u a bud. hadda lot of weed and just gave a few people a ride. by the way it was a great concert. wish we could have something like this again without worrying about getting shot.
Great!!! Saw Quiet Riot at the Starwood club in Hollywood and Kevin was incredible. Randy Rhoads was too so it was one of the few shows they played at the Starwood with Randy. They were not quiet by the way!

Does anyone remember when musicians had talent and didn't rely on computers to do the job for them? Even with tech malfunction they still play the song and put on a hell of a show doing it. R.I.P legends Randy and Kevin.
These guys blew Black Sabbath off the stage as openers for the Born Again tour. They had an encore as the opener.... the crowd was going crazy for EVERY song. I've been to a lot of concerts and have never seen anything like it.
I like it. It's raw and honest. And I'm not even a QR fan. CC's guitar cut out and he still rolled with it. Those guys had it back then. I would have seen them if I could.
