Is this stock? Just wondering bcus I have the exact same model but when your the driver, you don't hear anything inside the cockpit of this beast. I'm more jealous of ppl telling how awesome or how nice your car sounds...I could hear coming down the street. But as I mentioned, you can't really hear from the inside due to the great job of Mercedes canceling out the noises from the outside. It's not like your C63S that comes with the Performance Exhaust option to hear it roar or lower the roaring sound. So back to my question; is it stock and if it is not, what is the best and preferred exhaust system for the W212S?
I’ve been thinking in buying one of these (from 2013 with 80k kms done) for 69k€ The car looks like it came from stand (almost brand new state) But I don’t know if this car has any historial of breaking easily or not Need some tips about that sort of topic. Anyone, that has a beast like this, can give me any advice? Thank you.
I don't own one and I'm a few years late, but it would depend on whether or not you got a 6.3L or a 5.5L Twin-Turbo. I haven't heard any issues concerning the 5.5 V8, but they seemed to have the 6.3 sorted by then- the early 6.3's were troublesome engines with reliability issues apparently. Sounded amazing though in either case.

+Mert Sönmez Mh... also eine S-Klasse würde ich ehrlich gesagt nur nehmen wenn ich viel Langstrecke auf der Autobahn fahren müsste und dabei meistens noch 2-3 Leute mit mir fahren würden. Ansonsten reicht die E-Klasse. Denn der eigentliche Vorteil einer S-Klasse ist doch nur der grössere Kofferraum und mehr Platz auf der Rückbank. Das bringt aber wiederum mehr Gewicht mit sich wodurch sich das Handling des Fahrzeuges verschlechtert. Also hängt es wohl mehr davon ab wie du das Fahrzeug nutzen willst. Ich selbst bevorzuge immer leichtere Fahrzeuge (Coupes) wenn ich den Platz nicht unbedingt brauche.

Auch wenn er Leistung und Luxus kombinieren mag, der Sound wird dem Auto nicht gerecht. V8 Bi-Turbo? Klingt eher wie Opas alter Rasentrekker. 😉 Mir persönlich gefällt in dieser High-End Klasse der biestig-brachiale Sound von Audi immer noch am Besten 😈

It's not a 6.2liter Engine it's a 5.5liter ... do your Homework
If you bring the revs up but to fast and not high enough it practically knocks!

slow? It's faster than the SLS AMG supercar. It's incredibly fast, it would probably kill both of those cars off the line.
this e63 S Stock is faster than a Rs6/7 stock, its a monster. while my dream car is a rs7.
