I'd personally remove out 2 multitools as you don't need 4. But I definitely have the philosophy of 'just because it fits' doesn't mean you need to bring it. Also the reason to keep the CS is lost on me because far and away Victorinox scissors (which you have) blow all Leatherman scissors.
A Firefly firestarter in place of the SAK toothpick and Helix tinder (under a sleeve of shrink tubing) on your corkscrew and you're good for up to 100 fires.

I'd bring a tactical multitool pen with tungsten glass breaker tip on it. I have one with 5 other tools on it in one package, from flashlight, glass breaker, ferro rod, whistle, etc. I also have a brass bolt action pen with tungsten tip on it. Never know if you need to break glass in a car wreck, or as last resort, use it for self-defense. 😉

Question 🙋♂️ is possible to bring a leatherman skeletal multi tool or the signal to the border im curious to know cause I want to know what other options are available when crossing the border to Mexico just so theirs no problems or issues
Depends on how you travel and who you come in contact with to be honest. If you cross by land, any border control agent can inspect and confiscate what they choose. If you travel by air with checked luggage, upon landing it’s the same thing. Ive traveled by car and had to unload everything and have every bag inspected. I’ve traveled by bus and had the same thing happen but also traveled by bus another time and everyone put up $20 to get a “green light” and the bus was able to travel freely without inspection. I’ve traveled by air and bags were selected randomly upon landing. They also had canines sniffing bags and marking them for inspection. Your best bet is to only take what you are okay losing. I also recommend if you do cross with your gear to carry it deep in your pockets. Pocket clips grab attention. You can also leave the knives behind and take cash to buy one once you’ve crossed.

I recently went to Mexico & took a tactical pen & a box cutter tool without the blade (bought one there). Good stuff!
Glad I went with the SAK. Most feed stores and hardware stores have them for sale where I am.
Nice kit. You still have a bit of room in the pouch... band aids, alcohol wipes, earplugs, needle and thread, zip ties as possible adds.
