Good day. Why am I Unable to view my wisenet camera system on the mobile app in jamaica

I purchased 4 A1's and I immediately had to send one back due to flashing red light (CS said it was bad) ... I went to install the other 3 and another one went bad after a few hours of use. The 3rd camera would fall offline and would not stay connected so that leaves me with one A1 and the Station. Lately, the last camera failed to connect, (the main station won't see it) which leaves me the Station camera alone. So much for OUTDOOR cameras from Samsung! ...
How can I set my camera to buzz when some is on my property? I have a Wisenet 4k Video Security system

If your watching this it is better that you just stop now and return what you bought. You would be better off just setting up a privet live stream on YT with your camera system.

Is there a setting Screen, where we can select the Camera PROFILE for this app to use?
I am finding that images load and then the Circle Wheels comes up. Appears to be a Time out issue, hence the issue as to which Profile the App uses. Thank You

I tried and tried to get it registered through my smart phone. It would not even let me!
Doesn't work, it keeps saying could not connect to network, could it be that it's connected via lan?

My phone just says. "Offline cameras". What did do to correct that.

It does not explain clearly how to see playback
What is IP address
Both Apple and Android app stores rate this below 2.5 for a reason. Why can't you view cameras OUTSIDE of the WiFi network. The whole point is remote viewing.

Terrible! They do not work on mobile phone live view unless you are connected to the same wifi network. Does not work on mobile data!!

Also, the cameras take up a lot of internet bandwidth and slowed down our speeds DRASTICALLY.
So now we just operate them normally and they save on the Hard Drive.
It’s a shame - we really wanted them to work on the app, but it’s just terribly designed and made
