So my port forwarding is on and open I’ve registered my product but it still will not connect... my DDNS test are even failing now why? What should I do?

And id password which is used in app is Nvr's password or registerded password on ddns site

You need to register your device with ddns.hanwha-security.com and create ddns account, that is going to be your ID. Port forwarding on your router is also required.
