There has to be more steps than this. I’ve factory reset my NVR, deleted all files/apps, and have done this 3 times and it doesn’t work. I can only view my cameras if I’m connected to the local network. I can view my cameras from the Wisenet viewer computer program anywhere with internet connection so I know the NVR is connected to internet. Please do a more thorough video going through each setting and what it needs to be.
The mobile app is not giving me notifications. I have unstall and reinstall the app. Nothing worked. I have a samsung s22. So far the techs haven't helped much. I have a xrn-420s NVR. Any suggestions? Thank you
How do you do this on a Mac book? I have a wisenet SNR is this the same as the NVR A series? I purchased a house and the system came with the house, I’m unsure of how to set it up. It asks for an admin password.

Help...what if my galaxy note8...the qr reader does not work. Just do a quick search and so many complaining about since their last update the qt code does not work. A work around would be to manually type in the device name but no alternative pops up, just the QR. The QR does work but somehow it defaults to Samsung notes. Thus the device name of the dvr pops into a samsung note. I went to setting QR and samsung notes and I do not see option to make qr code default to a browser. I will try that again but do you have a work around useingvthe QR code the DVRs use to connect?
Unfortunately we have no way on making the QR Reader on your galaxy note8 work if Samsung is disabling features on the phone itself. Manually inputting the information would be the best route to take in this case.

but I need it remotely
