I've had good service with two dealers. I'm not sure what your complaint about the dash is. I can't stand tablet screens and I prefer analog for speedo and rpm since they won't look like a 90s game in a few yr. The infotainment on my 2018 does everything that I need it to with android auto and the 2020 is better.

Just bought a new Stelvio Ti Sport and love it! I'm very impressed with the sporty driving dynamics, not just for an SUV, but for any vehicle. I'm coming out of a BMW M240i convertible prior, but needed a four-door vehicle. The Stelvio didn't make me feel like I was giving up anything. Overall, a very impressive vehicle and a great buy for the money.

I would say 10 and 10 for performance and handling. Drive a new mustang, bmw, whatever nothing compares in this price range. Fun driving factor reminds me of an old BMW Z4, Nissan 350 Z, or a Infiniti G37 when they were brand new, but better. Cut the top off and this would be one heck of a convertible. The Alfa Guilia is slightly more fun to drive only because it’s lower to the ground. The modern Alfa’s are underrated. Alfa is fighting bad reliability issues from decades ago.

I own a 2017 Stelvio with red leather interior, and lava gray exterior. I enjoy view from another car and see Stelvio gesture from the back in action. Such well composed agile beast. I also enjoy the actions from my cockpit, with the race car twin gauge shapes and clam shell hood framing the tarmac to be conquered. I’ve drove older generations of Alfa Romeo but this one sets apart the quality and design. It’s a master piece you can own and run away with. All the Italian style and Ferrari design really transform the brand.

One of the best reports about the Stelvio I've seen so far - thank you. And - franky - this model simply has the sexiest 'arse' out there of the whole car industry. But what is giving me the most pleasure driving mine already for 65'500 km is: The steering ratio. Normal cars have around 14.5 to 1. Sporty cars like porsches have 13 to 1. While the Stelvio and the Giulia have a mind numbing 12 to 1 that allows to drive this SUV like a go kart. Paired with the low weight and the 50:50 weight ratio on both axis it's pure fun for those who enjoy driving. I love it.

I always find funny the comment "you buy horse power, you drive torque".
I agree with the notion behind it though, because when we talk about power we're always thinking about the engine maximum power and not the power curve of an engine. But in the end, the fact is ,we always drive power.
Torque x rpms is what gives us power, power is what determines how easy or fast we can accelerate. So, the higher the torque, less engine revs we need for the same amount of power. But it's always power that we're looking for.
....and that's why I love turbo charged engines. We get loads of torque, meaning power, at low and mid revs. Maybe not as fun, but surely a lot more useful than getting 280hp from this Stelvio at 4800 rpms, is getting 80hp at 1600rpms or 100hp at 1850. We need a good 4500cc V8 engine to be able to beat that at such low revs!

    Also commenting on boot space:
With all the seats up, the Q5, X3 and GLC offer 550lts or 4% more boot space than the Stelvio and X4 at 525lts, which in turn is 5% more than a Macan or a XC60.
Therefore, I don't think the boot space would be a decision factor.
