After graduating from McGill University with a medical degree (and a thesis on chloroform), he made his way to England, Ontario, and then Chicago, where he was arrested and put behind bars. Oh my god, the little snores are so unbelievably cute. I lost my dog to cancer in 2020 he was 21 years old when he passed away and he was a Jack Russell called Patch, and your dog's snores sound exactly like my lil baby's, it's really making my smile thinking about him and remembering what it was like having him asleep on my lap snoring away

I’ve been listening to ASMR for years now and you are by far the absolute best and sweetest asmr artist I have encountered. You are adorable and I’m so thankful for your creativity! You can put the ingredients including ice in a stainless steel shaker and then strain into your glass. It will be very cold without watering it down. Cheers 🍸

Oh okay! I'll try that next time. I have an "automatic curler" where you just put pieces of hair in, hit a button, and a curl comes out hahaha. Thanks so much for the tip!
@@LeahWhispersASMR maybe u did - but did you brush them out? Like put some gel or hairspray on them and then brush them out! And also maybe use some dry schampoo in your roots to add overall volume so that there isn’t like a big contrast!
The cure for syphilis is so simple - penicillin! For earlier stages of the disease, it just takes one shot. Penicillin wasn’t discovered until the late 1920s, though. (I don’t know this from experience, haha. I’ll be a doctor in a couple months.) Wonderful video, as per usual! You put so much effort into your research, and it shows!
Updated to add: there’s no shame in knowing from experience! STIs are so, SO common. Part of practicing safe sex is undergoing routine screening and seeking treatment if something doesn’t seem right. :)

I curl my hair with my 1” straightener. I grab a small piece and twist it all the way down away from my face and then I brush it out. I don’t use products in it. I always get compliments. It’s slightly more structured than beachy, but not much! You may like that.
I have a straightener so this sounds like something I could actually do haha. I'm going to try that, thank you so much!

I don't think he was Jack the Ripper either. He felt the need to let his crimes be known and wanted the notoriety too much. If he was truly Jack the Ripper he would've received so much notoriety, so why wouldn't he have just confessed to those crimes as well. It doesn't add up in my opinion.

What a creepy but charismatic serial killer this guy was! Dr. Cream and his nonsense should at least be mentioned in Canadian history. It would have been a very interesting side note. Dexter’s snores are so cute! 💙

If you are wanting to try something different with your hair, but dislike curling wands (I hate them), try a waving iron. So easy to use, but looks like it took a lot of time.

Not so fun fact: I got a masters degree in traditional medicines and I learned that abortions back in the day were really brutal. They didn’t really have “safe” abortions back then like they do now. The belief was that in order to kill the fetus they had to bring the mother to the brink of death just enough to kill the fetus but not the mother but the line was very thin. Lots of women died trying to have abortions. I’m not saying this was the case with him. His approach was obviously was “experimental” at best and sadistic at worst.

For your curls, if you curl it again, you could try curling the front pieces on either side of your face away from your face rather than towards it. And then run your fingers through your hair to make it more natural :))

With tight curls just get your partner or try it yourself to put hair spray on palms on your/their hand and put your head back and waggle your hand down your hair not to fast from top forhead down. It'll loosen them make it more natural

I don't think he was jack because I watched a jack ripper tour on TH-cam (highly recommended) it's the one with a lady going through locations and she said people who last saw the victims talking to a guy who was short and average looking.
