I've heard this story since many times and my opinion STILL STANDS. He sounded like he was a piece of crap husband and I'm 100 percent behind her. She tried everything. She was quite pathetic about it, but still. She was driven to madness basically. The things he said to her.......he's in hell. Unless he repented as he laid there dying.....he's in a terrible place now. Shame on him. We all mess up. But he should have stopped the affair. Or just tried to divorce her earlier on and let her have some dignity. And the mistress....double piece of crap. Harlot would be a good word for that kind of blatant disrespect.

Really superb video. I watch a lot of true crime asmr and this is one of the best I’ve seen. Loved the whisper, pace, pauses with the chapters, interesting story and use of photos to keep my attention as I feel relaxed 😊

i love how you organized this case with the chapters :) this story was so interesting and unique, i had no idea about the french crime of passion law. something i was a bit curious about.. part of me wonders if jeanette's husband was perhaps gay? an explanation for why he was ok with the lovers? totally a speculation but i could see why that arrangement would work

I agree, this was definitely a strange one. I think it feels that way because we don't often have empathy for a murderer who kills somebody in cold blood. What she did was unacceptable, but I still feel bad for what she went through.
I suppose she gained so much support because not just the attitude towards marriage but the women in a sense saying "we are sick of our treatment in a marriage" while their husbands had affairs and they were at home having to be dutiful wives

It's the ELF Studio Matte Lip Color in Rich Red 🥰 I had chapstick on underneath as well because it felt a little difficult to apply. Probably because of the matte formula, but the chapstick made it super comfortable :)
