When the protagonist spoke that line about hepatitis, that was the first time I heard him spoke, and needless to say I had the same shocked look on my face as Gat. Anyone else?
That was the point. Joe Shmo (main character) was another person in the gang, so no key character cared much about him. He became more important when he spoke up, mostly joking about Gat's comment, but that put in a little shock factor to the key characters who thought that your character was just another gang member.
@@majorafan09 Nah. My first time was with the Carnales and that surprised me. When it was with the Vice Kings, I expected it, unfortunately. But it was still funny, tho.
@@majorafan09 What confuses me about that is Gat's the only person to act surprised so I believed he was just reacting the playa said. Julius prompted a response from the playa over the phone and neither Dex or King reacted to the playa speaking either.
I was shocked when I first heard the main protagonist spoke after all this time playing the game playing the character what take him so long to spoke that's crazy right there

Johnny Gat is the Scarface of Saints Row. He is cool, fly, attitude, and a whole lot of fun. Without him, Saints Row would not be complete.
He’s the face of the series after all, still baffles me they even decided to kill him off knowing that.
Hence why they brought him back in sr 4. The backlash was that severe when they killed him off in 3 😁 there is no SR without Johnny Gat

10 month later, the base as gradually improved with each mission lol, so you can hear Vogel being sarcastic that he already took a tetanus shot, even when the base is done renovating, very cool
The fact that people didn't know Gat was asian for years still boggles me. I could tell even as a kid. When I was little and played SR2 first, I thought he used to be a Ronin lol. I played Sr1 like a year later then 3 when it came out
Part Asian and part Israeli. We can say with a high degree of confidence that at least his mother is Asian and his father was of Israeli descent based on the non-accented 'a' in 'Gat'.

I'd say, that thing between Aisha and Johnny was true love. All the mess they did and all the little things they kept annoying each other with, but still sticking with each other. And especially Johnny's dark, intimidating rage after Aisha's death proves it
