Don't feel bad I bought the mcx 308 . Came with 1 mag . The gun was 4400. I feel your pain.
They went with the plastic defector, so if or when it becomes damaged, it can easily be replaced

Your gun is over gassed if you have an adjustable gas block you need to turn it down a little.
Barrel deflection?
Put some skate tape on your deflector or double up some electrical tape. Simple enough and will keep the deflector prettyish if thats a thing youre worried about over thousands of rounds.
I'm waiting for the 17 magazine deal before I buy 3rd Spear. I got screwed on my first Spear & 2nd Spear with one mag each.

Bro, my LMT, BARRET, PWS, POF and DD all only came with 1 mag. That's seriously not a negative when everybody does the same thing.
It’s a negative for me considering all my other Sigs have come with multiple mags and even equipment cleaning kits and bags. This was bare minimum. I get that other companies do that, but Sig didn’t used to.
@@pewpewdingers you're probably talking about Sig pistols and yeah most all pistols come with a couple or few extra mags. I have a Sig 716i, Sig Rattler Canebrake and a Sig Spear LT and all 3 came with 1 mag each. Not a negative at all. It would maybe be a negative if every company out there came with 3 or 4 mags and the sig came with 1. Still honestly who gives a crap tho when you really want that gun in the grand sceme of things ya know?? That has nothing to do with the actual gun. I have like "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" mags anyway like most everybody else that's into guns/AR's & ect..

On this specific gun/caliber? I’d probably say LVPO
I now own 4 Sig Spears and 2 have LVPOs and 2 have eotechs and I’d say I typically grab the LVPOs to go to the range every time. Red dot is on my 300blk for home defense
