Nice BoostedBoiz shirt. :p It's nice to have a top bloke who is local and loves to document what he does with the car life and is as engaging with his community as you are. Keep it up and I look forward to the next exciting video!
Yeah it’s pretty cheap and easy to do, I went overboard with the mounting but you really don’t need to go so crazy with modifying the rad support my turbo and intercooler was in the way
Hey Tristan, I done the same method as this today. How did you close off the existing overflow tap on the top of the radiator? I got a one of top of the radiator.
Hey man you are welcome I just used the some regular eBay ones I found the link is above, my advice is don’t go to thick they have a lot of electrical interference if you go bigger than 8.8mm mine are 8mm I used to have 10mm leads and they made wirring noises through the speakers when I drove ( in another car)
Oceanic lol it’s a Viking tat on my calf killing poms , my thigh is a Japanese ronin doing what ever the fk he wants haha I also have atlas holding the earth on my back
@@TURBOTRISTO it works great! I'm only run 9psi right now, but it holds a steady 185°F. On a 25mph-120mph run, it will hit 190-192°F, but come down quickly.
I know you said this is your first Honda, so maybe someone else will answer this. Looking at the front rad support of my "EF", it looks like it can be made to work. Anyone had experience with this in a 90 Civic hatch?
yes 100% it can be made to fit in an ef , this radiator can be made to fit most hondas , i only went crazy with the radiator support mods because i wanted to mount the intercooler back pretty far aswell
BIG shout out to Vel Tomic For reaching out and helping with the ideas on the radiator upgrade!
