14:40 In the way early episodes of Darkwing Duck they used Ducktales villans to fill up a get together because DW hadn't really built up his own bad guy gallery.
I miss FTA so much man…been a fan of his since 2009. Wouldn’t have seen so much amazing content over the years if it wasn’t for him. Bless him, love that guy.
Oooooooh, this is gonna be good. I actually wonder who number 1 will be. 90. Vince LaSalle: Wait, that's how they start this list out? What about the fat kid with the sick baritone singing voice? 89. Nigel Thornberry: Tim Curry is the fucking man. 88. Optimus Primal: YEAAAAAAH BOIIIIII! So hyped for his Masterpiece figure! 87. Launchpad: Wanna hear something weird? Launchpad is voiced by Solid Snake in Japan (by that, I mean Snake's JP voice actor, Akio Otsuka). 86. Niddler: Who? 85. Eek the Cat: He looks like a Garfield rip-off. 84. Courage: Man, that show was fuuuuuucked up. 83. The Ambiguously Gay Duo: Never watched Dana Carvey, but I have heard of these guys. 82. Norbert: I never watched Angry Beavers all that much, so I have no comment. 81. Daggett: See Number 82. 80. Krumm: I think Guillermo del Toro looked at this guy when he designed the Pale Man. 79. Baloo: That doesn't count! He's a book character that was created about 100 years before Talespin! (I'm a nerd, I know) 78. Lydia: This doesn't count, either! She's a film character! 77. CatDog: I remember having so many CatDog books when I was a kid. 76. Lisa: She was just barely created in the '80s, so she doesn't count, either. 75. Spawn: I'll let the fact that he's a comic character slide on the grounds that he's voiced by Keith David. I just hope Goliath shows up later, though. 74. Pepper Ann: I remember my brother loved Pepper Ann. The only thing I really remember is the intro, though. 73. Carmen San Diego: Why do I want to see Angelina Jolie play her in a movie adaptation? 72. McGuirk: I never watched Home Movies. 71. Ed Bighead: A.K.A. Green Lex Luthor. If you don't know what I'm talking about, look it up. You won't be disappointed.
31:10 Tailspin was the weakest?! I'm pretty neutral on the show, but I find that objectively wrong. Why? Three reasons: Bonkers, Mighty Ducks, and Quack pack At least tailspin doesn't make me want to put two drills to my ears and push until they meet in the middle XD
the good old year of 2010-13 was a great time for the internet....to me. before we got more ignorant people , stupid memes , and dumb copyright strikes i miss the old days
I love how they complete missed where on the home page for this list one of the the very first notes IGN made was "The character’s show didn’t need to debut or end in the '90s, as long as a healthy chunk of its run happened in the '90s."
I never get that feeling, all the shows I watched as a kid I can still go back and love, mostly because I just haven't really changed at all in over 20 years XD
That cartoon Johnny was referring to in Carrot Top's AM Mayhem... Fantastic Max... that whole series of cartoons was first grade for me. Also, Snorks... the underwater-based Smurfs ripoff.
The ONLY reason Spawn was in the X-Box version of Soul Calibur 2 was because Todd Mcfarlane designed Necrid, another Soul Calibur 2 exclusive character
If I remember correctly, "Moose" was actually a nickname, and her real name was Margaret Rose....still have to wonder why her mother constantly called her that.
I loved watching Courage the Cowardly Dog back in the day. mostly when I think of the show I think of the villains like Freaky Fred, Katz, La Quack, The Queen of the Black Puddle, King Ramzie, the Zombie Director and Dr Zalost. but for some reason I never thought the show was as scary as people have made it out to be over the years. I knew it was creepy, but it didn't scare me to the point that I had nightmares about it. and I watched it back when I was 5 or 6 years old.
YES!! The Really Really Big Man reference at the end! Oh god, I thought I was gonna die, but I would've died happy. "GAZE INTO THE NIPPLES OF THE FUTURE~"
I was also shocked to see Optimus Primal near the bottom of the list. I really enjoyed Beast Wars as a kid and I rewatched it about 4 years ago and it still holds up as my favorite Transformers show tied with Transformers Prime. But like you guys said, there will always be lists where something you personally really like somehow ends up on the bottom. In the end it really is all just personal preference, I guess.
One last thing, I'm never fair to ign but to be a little contradictory of myself for one time, they didn't say it was Top 90 ORGIONAL animated characters from the 90's
Talespin was awesome. However it parodies a lot of 30s and 40s films, which I've always been into to begin with but it might go over a lot of peoples heads.
I always enjoy just siting down and listing to you guys talk.
I love when you guys do these lists/rambles! I listen to them while grinding in RPG games to make it more tolerable and entertaining.
14:40 In the way early episodes of Darkwing Duck they used Ducktales villans to fill up a get together because DW hadn't really built up his own bad guy gallery.
Glad to see one of these again on this channel.
Gareth is like Geoff Ramsey; his laugh can cure cancer
+MrChillaxin2010 What about the man himself, Matt Meteli? cx
David Pottinger that laugh can bring world peace
34:30 I actually have a friend who's a perky goth. Basically a goth who's eccentric as all hell
That sounds fun actually.
I'm getting flashbacks to 2009 when you guys did these all the time...
yea
+Alex the Bezerker Remember IGN is short for ignorance
+Miguel Santiago you can't spell ignorance without IGN, the ol motto to these lists...
And when Ryan's main channel was active.....
7:47
Headphones users Look out.
More like everytime Gareth talks
It has been way too long since we had one of these, I love just hearing the guys talk about their perspectives like this.
It's great you guys are doing one of these again!
I miss FTA so much man…been a fan of his since 2009. Wouldn’t have seen so much amazing content over the years if it wasn’t for him. Bless him, love that guy.
[looks at video title]
[looks at video time]
...Well, this is gonna take a while....
+MetalSonicReject Definitely not a bad thing
Why am I watching this again? I wish they would do another one of these relativily soon
I've already laughed so hard and I'm only like a tenth of the way through, GARETH SENPAI I LOVE YOU
So Nigel ISN'T the main character of super smash bros?!
Smashing!
Yay, more podcast episodes! I loved listening to these while playing games!
I always watch these vids using the xbox snap feature and play games with the vid along side it. Its awesome
+The ShyKirby kinda wish i could do the same with my pc without butchering the ping. :/
Time to revamp the TH-cam to MP3 machine.
yea
Genius!!
+Satsuki Kiriyuin Yes, Lady Satsuki
+Satsuki Kiriyuin I do that for music.
i recommend clipconverter.cc more, the audio quality is better than the stuff you get from youtubetomp3
YES! I love the old countdowns!
I missed these so much.
7:47
Aw man, pure bliss. I think my ears are bleeding.
This was the 6 hours I was promised. First hour has already got me tons of laughs. This is going to be a wonderful 6 hours.
56:23 it looks like something that crawled out of Johnny Test's smoldering corpse, then smoked Gen Zed fumes for 5 weeks.
*Hears Garreth* Well this should be hilarious. 😂
BSC doing list.... I thought it was 2016. Lol.
at 16:00 gareth killed me with his reaction...i agree
Happy to see this in my inbox
I can't believe this is this long. This is great.
Well they start to call it 'break time' in your later school years.
This is actually a great video to listen to for me while I do my college work.
WHAT?! Opimus Primal is only 88? Well... THATS JUST PRIME! >:(
+Vexatron Primal agreed man...
That thumbnail is smashing! Unoriginal comment is unoriginal
I missed lists like these...thank you guys for doing this.
Oooooooh, this is gonna be good. I actually wonder who number 1 will be.

(I'm a nerd, I know)

These are the reason im subscribed , love you guys
We're doing these again? Awesome!
31:10 Tailspin was the weakest?! I'm pretty neutral on the show, but I find that objectively wrong. Why? Three reasons: Bonkers, Mighty Ducks, and Quack pack
At least tailspin doesn't make me want to put two drills to my ears and push until they meet in the middle XD
This takes me back....
To answer your question Garrett, they showed the CatDog pilot here in the states with the Rugrats Movie.
Love having the pictures back.
BSC is doing a new list of IGN stuff? WHAT YEAR IS IT?!
It feels like 2010 in here
the good old year of 2010-13 was a great time for the internet....to me. before we got more ignorant people , stupid memes , and dumb copyright strikes
i miss the old days
+Big J Ignorance and memes were always a thing. But I will not argue about the copyright strikes.
This is the master exploder of podcasts
"Break-time" is how I know it in the UK.
Now we wait for the next retrospective.
Wow you guys haven't done these in forever!
+moman1998 I like how your icon just fits with the situation. "I must hear what they have to say"
9:50
As someone who watched beast wars, I can second this. It was a great show, even if the cgi wasn't the best.
i missed these and the classic random ramble/retrospective videos
At long last true BSC has returned!
I don't know if it was actually the pilot but my Rugrats Movie VHS had a CatDog episode before it here in the US.
+edfreak9001 Yeah, I remember that.
A bsc podcast list! On a topic that i know partially too! *opens a bag of skittles*
Those wondering about that Mr. Bighead picture, look up Green Lex Luthor.
You're welcome.
55:03 As much as I thought I was 'immune' to Ted's puns, this one made me actually LMAO, holy shit... xD
10:00 I know beast wars for one thing only: "Duly noted... AND IGNORED!"
Or maybe that's beast machines idk
I like how on #90 you just talked about Recess and said nothing about the actual character
i can tell this is gonna be great already
+ThatNameless Guy all i can remember of recess is it crossover with lilo and stitch
wait really
how did I not know about this
ThatNameless Guy yah lilo and stich had like 4 different crossovers. recess was one of them
+Tyler herman Then Kim Possible, anything else?
Pikachu Thirteen american dragon and proud family. 5 show in the same universe thanks to lilo and stitch
I always wondered why I was subscribed to this channel. Then I saw this video in my feed, and I remembered why.
IT'S HAPPENING
I love how they complete missed where on the home page for this list one of the the very first notes IGN made was "The character’s show didn’t need to debut or end in the '90s, as long as a healthy chunk of its run happened in the '90s."
I never get that feeling, all the shows I watched as a kid I can still go back and love, mostly because I just haven't really changed at all in over 20 years XD
Gareth is officially our White ranger now.
+Find The Computer Room It's okay, you'll be a red ranger someday.
***** We cant all be Johnny man :(
The lists and impressions videos are my favorite to come out of BSC. I wish there were more ^^
When's the next part coming?
Are there more IGN lists?
An hour of BSC? Yeeeessssss
When is the rest of the list coming out?
7:48 Listened 100% volume with headphones.............................................. Oh God...
That cartoon Johnny was referring to in Carrot Top's AM Mayhem... Fantastic Max... that whole series of cartoons was first grade for me. Also, Snorks... the underwater-based Smurfs ripoff.
Gizmoduck was in Darkwing Duck and Ducktales as well.
My favorite line from Eek! the cat, "Run, forest. Run!"
Does anybody else remember when Mrs. Bighead was trying to seduce Rocko? I think that only aired like once right?
yep
+Jack Sledge IV Oh baby Oh baby Oh baby
+Jack Sledge IV I remember seeing it multiple times on Nick
+jimbojj26 Hmm well I know there was like one episode that aired like once or twice and Nick never aired it again because of the subject matter
+Jack Sledge IV did it at least show back on a dvd or netflix release?
The ONLY reason Spawn was in the X-Box version of Soul Calibur 2 was because Todd Mcfarlane designed Necrid, another Soul Calibur 2 exclusive character
If I remember correctly, "Moose" was actually a nickname, and her real name was Margaret Rose....still have to wonder why her mother constantly called her that.
Good god I'm laughing my ass off because of Gareth. This is great. Can't wait for the next 3 parts.
So are these gonna be made with any amount of frequency anymore or was this just a 1 time thing?
I've been missing this, now, if you could do TVTropes reading of your site, that would be perfect :)
K, who uploaded a video using Internet Explorer? I thought they stopped doing this year's ago.
Ted i blame ted. :P (kappa)
+The ShyKirby It's always Ted.
YES!! The Really Really Big Man reference at the end! Oh god, I thought I was gonna die, but I would've died happy.
"GAZE INTO THE NIPPLES OF THE FUTURE~"
I really need to rewatch some of these shows.
I remember Nigel sounded like Professor Calamitous, who was also Tim Curry. Speaking of which: early 2000's CG didn't age well either...
he punched me into the dawn of time!
I have way too many memories of the angry beavers
GOD I MISSED THESE
7:48 My ears.
47:30
Anybody got a link to this?
GizmoDuck also showed up in DarkWing Duck multiple time
wait so is garreth officially part of BSC?
God I hope so.
nah, they're still standing by their point that having 4 main members is enough. Gareth's just one of their more frequent guests, that's all.
+Jinzo Fiter 'Sides, he comes by fairly often anyways
Speaking of cat dog: the Pokemon Girafarig was originally going to be the same forwards and backwards, but they were afraid of getting sued
I love you Gareth but you don't need to get RIGHT NEXT to you're mic and laugh.
I live revisting old cartoons.
The first Nicktoon to ever premiere was Doug.
Apparently, they don't give a shit about Doug.
+L-Y3T Tur-u-tu-ru-tur-tu-ru-tu!
To be fair Doug was super basic
pepper ann is that one show most people remember only if someone shows them a picture.
Lewis, Beast Wars was brought to you by the same people who made Reboot. What chew mean?!
What's the schedule for these videos?
I loved Tailspin. Baloo was my favorite. And Sher Khan and Don Karnage were awesome villains. Never knew Carmin San Diego had a cartoon.
One last thing, I'm never fair to ign but to be a little contradictory of myself for one time, they didn't say it was Top 90 ORGIONAL animated characters from the 90's
56:10 oh my gosh, is that SBaHJ???
I also noticed that 2 plot thing in later Simpsons episodes.
I agree with Gareth here Optimus Primal needs to be higher on this list.
IT'S BACK! IT'S BACK! BAH GAWD, IT'S BACK, LADIES AND GENTS!
How smashing!!!
+A.Blob.Of.Clay man i would love to see them do the movie ones again
They had superduck/Fenton in Darkwing Duck and Ducktales.
And now I'm waiting for Part 2.
Don't get me wrong, I love this list, but I want moar.
"Violins, Sax & Language" ~Gareth 2069
Talespin was awesome. However it parodies a lot of 30s and 40s films, which I've always been into to begin with but it might go over a lot of peoples heads.
Where in this list is Carmen Sandiego?
Wow what a throw back holy shit
