Start by clearing out the breadcrumb tray. That way at least you won't get crumbs on your foot.

You can toggle sprint with right shift key..left shift is to hold and run

You can literally copy and paste the code and enter it on your phones Xbox app. You open command screen in Ark (or any game) then if your console is linked to your Xbox app and your apps open on your cell phone it pops up with an entry screen. Just paste spawn codes in there and it'll enter on your console! Now go kill some beach bobs. Method won't work if your on alternate account lol

Thanks, I used to play games like warzone and fortnite with a controller on my xbox. Now I don't need a pc. I just need a keyboard with a usb and a smaller screen.

depends on what, fps and mmo's is always more powerful with keyboard and mouse, but a typical JRPG or action adventure like tomb raider is probably easily playable on controller, games like saints row 2 for instance and Shining resonance refrain is probably easier on controller, it really depends on the type of game though. Like another example is super mario world you just cant play that on a keyboard and mouse.

I definitely recommend the Razer Turret wireless Xbox keyboard and mouse. It works super well and actually supports more games than he said on the list.

I grew up playing Doom and Quake on the PC. I don't understand how anyone can play it on a game console. The two stick controller just doesn't work for a shooter. You're aiming a gun, not driving a tank.
Aiming takes precision and accuracy and the one-to-one relationship of movement that only a mouse has. I find this impossible to do with a game controller.
What wireless keyboard can be used? Only the one that attached to the control?
Any cross platform game is good with this

Hello, I'm considering upgrading from my PS3 to the Xbox one X because I'm very interested in Forza motorsports 7. I am quadriplegic and I cannot use my hands, I use the eagle eye adapter with my PS3 which allows me to play driving games only because I'm incapable of using the mouse and keyboard simultaneously and the driving games don't require the right joystick which would be the mouse. Is there any way to use a keyboard with a built in touch pad with or without using an adapter? Also, if I connect a keyboard directly to the Xbox one X is there any way to change the key mapping? I really want to upgrade but I need to make sure I will be able to control it! PLEASE HELP! Thanks in advance for any advice or information you can give me!
Microsoft have an adaptive controller which can be configured in numerous ways to assist disabled or impaired gamers. Search "xbox adaptive controller" or check out this video by the channel "All access life".

This is a video for true idiots. Plug it in. Setting... USB only is good info but xbox as far as I know does not support bluetooth anything even with an adapter.

I've been playing War Thunder and fine that a controller just isn't right for this game. just bought a wired keyboard to use but I'm hoping I can still use my controller while using the keyboard for typing messages since it's a lot faster to do it with.

I have a wired Microsoft keyboard and an Xbox one s, my keyboard keeps going to sleep when I'm holding buttons like sprint, and so naturally just like clicking off of a tab while holding sprint, it keeps doing the input, but I can't stop it or turn it back on, I just have to wait. I've looked it up plenty of times and have found nothing, clicked on this expecting some troubleshooting tips, turns out the video said the same thing the Xbox help says, that you can plug in a wired or wireless keyboard, and commands.

Currently using red dragon DITI k585 for Xbox but having trouble staying connected. I get a notification randomly saying I have to quit the game and switch back to controller. Any ideas how to fix that ?
I would suggest clearing a path to the wireless dongles. USB 3.0 only. Sounds like poor reception.
Make sure there are few obstructions to the dongles.

Adi Had6 Yes Indeed Once plugged in you must go into in-game settings and set to keyboard and mouse. However, to switch back to controller you must go back into settings and set it to Controller

Depends on the shooter and how the pointing system works. It is a lot easier to point with a mouse if the pointer is free but the entire movement point and shoot is often more efficent with a controller.
My keyboard works on the Xbox but not my mouse. Keep in mind the mouse also works on my pc. What’s wrong?
