It could be that her priority is to save money to go see her daughter which doesn’t leave a lot for Lawncare? I know if you book in advance you can get really good deals for flights. Everyone has different priorities in life and she was blessed to have her daughter reach out to Brian to help her Mom out❤ so it all worked out in the end

Brian…my next door neighbor has had four citations about her yard and sidewalk. I’ve offered to do the yard..AND the sidewalk twice. Free of course. ( I did her yard all of last summer). She refuses. For no reason I or the neighbors, who have also offered. So what do you do? The city will contact her landlord next time. After numerous offers to help her, she’ll be forced to pay someone. OR..the city will do it and charge the landlord. As Jim Morrison once said..” People Are Strange” 🎼🎼🎼🎤🎼🎤🎼🎼🎤🎼🎼🎤🎸🎸🎸🎸 This is a great video.

Corner property, large corner property.... You did a lot of edging and mowing just to get her out of acute crisis. That was very kind of you. Hope your wife was good at finishing the final to-do list while you couldn't be there. You got a lot done, refound the front sidewalk, did the curb, mowed the huge lot, refound the brick planters, trimmed along the house, blew things off.... What a great thing to do in fixing her mower tire so she will be able to mow herself. Extra bonus, refinding the side entrance. This yard wasn't just in danger from a violation threat, it also needed a Restart. There was too much frozen or falling behind for a long time. You undid the the "stuck" cycles, including organizing belongings. That yard is now usable again. Many thanks to you and your family. A Blessing of continuing progress for the owner. Glad her daughter called you and you acted on it.
I was not expecting that property to be so big. You did an awesome job, even with a time limit. Thank you for fixing her tire on the mower. That’s a real challenge when you can’t do it yourself, and have no way to transport or anyone to help. I am so glad you and your family had a great vacation. Fishing sounds so good.
