Brian, you really do a great job!! Just lost my husband of 8 years 9-1-23 of cancer. Lost my first husband of 41 years in 2005 due to cancer!! Please keep me in your prayers. ❤
Honestly, Brian, making their business location look very neat and more professional might have helped them in more ways than we'll ever know! Your attention to detail is amazing but it is your heart and dedication in helping others that makes you the very best on TH-cam. Blessings to you and your family, always.
I was curious and googled the business. Their Facebook page's cover photo from 2017 shows a well-landscaped yard with rocks, mulch, flowering plants in the flowerbeds. 😢
City: you're responsible to keep our sidewalks clear or we fine you. Business owner: ok, then you're responsible for paying my lease/general maintenance or I'll find you.
Wow!! You did an excellent job on this property. Beautiful. I wish property owners would realize, it takes a lot less time and money to “maintain “ rather than let it go to disaster.
Brian, as usual, great job but the actual work wasn't what interested me the most. The black guy, who stopped to talk to you about trying to get in better shape by riding his bike, was. He got to talk and you got to encourage him. People just don't do this anymore and it would be so great if we all did more of that. Congrats to both of you.
I whole heartedly agree, it was nice of him to stop and the person in the truck as well . Nice to see Brian acknowledged by them! Such a busy street too!
She definitely called the right person , nobody can edge a sidewalk like Top Notch . Good to see everyone so appreciate the job your doing . Great Job Brian !
Really does look good! Lets see, you cleaned up the city sidewalk and a railroad right of way as well keeping a small business visible. What a day! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
It's great to see how your hard work started paying off immediately with people being able to use the sidewalk without having to worry about having an accident with the overgrown grass. GREAT JOB❣️👏👏👏👏👏
What shocks me is how she let her property get so bad that the city had to threaten her before she did anything about it. Especially being a business that sells food. It makes you wonder how dirty the kitchen is, if they don’t do a better job than that keeping the lawn maintained. You did an excellent job cleaning up her property!
My favorite word - WOW - coincides with the name of the business. Looks 100% better after you finished - which we all knew it would. Your work should now bring in more work for the business since it is more presentable now. Keep up the good work and have a great weekend. Take care.❤🙏
Great job! The owner of the cake shop should certainly appreciate all your hard work. I sure hope she gave you a cake as one of your rewards! Hopefully she will keep the property looking pristine as that will attract more business.
To Brian: I just want to say that you are an awesome man for doing what you do. You are well appreciated 👍😊 the hard work and dedication you do is outstanding. May God bless you abundantly. Enjoy your day and take care
I was telling myself: Gee Brian, stay back from the cars! You deserve hazard pay for this one! The Wow Cakes owner must be so relieved to have her place of business look sooo much improved! Thank you for helping her! 🙂🙃😉
That was a major improvement. It's surprising how wide the sidewalks are once they're edged. And she has a beautiful patio area in back. Great job on your part.
Very busy sidewalk! Nice to meet folks you’re helping with the work you’re doing 💚 I was nervous for you working so close to that traffic! Take care Brian and have a great weekend! 💚👋🏼😊
Great job on the speedway yard!😂 I would imagine that will help her business. I would be more inclined to stop there the way it looks now. Glad the community can use the sidewalk more safely now!
Another great clean up you have done!!! This was really bad. Everything you do is so very good. We need more people in our world like you. All the best! At least you know this sidewalk is used which makes it better. You certainly have made her business look so much better! Before it looked like the place was closed, now it looks open. All the best to you! You go beyond what most lawn care people do. Great job!
Nice job again Brian. You actually also helped this business owners business look more inviting. Looked great. It's a shame that the city can't find time to do their part.
That was ironic, city owned sidewalk!🤔But like you said , just there a few minutes in and bike riders and pedestrians can enjoy the safety of the sidewalk 😀great filming editing etc!!!BEAUTIFUL trimming on her hedges! What an amazing transformation! Beautiful work!
Sue Wolfe- Nice job on this place, Brian. It sure is a well-traveled road. I hope her business picks up now that is looks better! You've done a wonderful job on this property and made that sidewalk a much safer place to travel! I'm sure the folks using it are very thankful for all of your hard work!! Have a great day, Brian! 👍👏💪😎❤️
This video offered a little of everything. Weedwhacking, edging, gardening, mowing, & bush trimming. I like it. Very satisfying b4 & after video. On this September 7th, we r forecast 76°. Your Oregon Viewer. 😊
If I were interested in buying celebration cakes I'd have driven past this business BEFORE you worked your magic, I'm sure with the face-lift you've given it the business will grow 🎉❤
….reminds me of a time I received a notice that my sidewalk wasn’t clean down to the cement. I had levelled off the snow because the sidewalk cement t was in such bad condition. So out I go removing every bit of snow to show off the city’s poor sidewalk. I was not happy. We tend to get a lot of snow in Canada. 😂😂. Good job Brian. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽❤️🇨🇦
💜 Unfortunately the code enforcement is the same in Michigan. Worst in the winter cause you can clean off the snow, have a city plow come through covering sidewalk again. And then you get to go out and clean it, again!! 🤪 💕Love the free advertising for the owner!!!!
Heck of a nice job Brian. The place almost looked like it wasn’t even open for business until you applied the patented TOP NOTCH LAWN CARE to it, and now you can see that it is definitely open. Well done sir.
Wow Brian, the properties just get more challenging each week. You always conquer, but this one made me nervous. The amount of traffic,& speed on this busy road! 😱 It was nice, seeing the community appreciating your hard work. You’re one of a kind. Happy you got through this one, without incident. Please stay safe, healthy, productive,& blessed my friend.💯👏🏾😃👍🏾💜✝️🙏🏾🇺🇸
Thank you for not taking advantage of this lady. The fact that she offered to pay you after an extended dip in business and you didn’t take her money, shows a great character trait. Not many people would turn down that money. I’m sure you gained a lot of respect from TH-cam viewers and from the lady herself. You sure secured a spot in my eyes and I will certainly remain a fan! God bless you! Now the place looks like it is open for business.
That's a VERY BUSY Section of road. The CITY DOES delve there obligations to the lil man. I use to take care of the Church and Church house property and I had to KEEP CALLING Buildings and Grounds to do there part. And finally I told them when my Pastor bought the church it was Stated that the City was to tske care the outer piece around the church. Thank God for an Honest Supervisisor he looked into and found the Paper Work gave me a few copies for the church and NOE EVERYONE KNOWS who is responsible🎉🎉
Fan-freaking-tastic, Brian. An outstanding service for this woman in need and a blessing to the community at large. But then, we've come to expect nothing less from you, my friend. You're a true blessing, to so many. Miller Time! 🍻
That was an epic job, you must have been knackered, how do the council expect someone to do all that work when it’s their property, what a cheek. I hope you had a free cake afterwards. Well done for helping the lady out ❤❤🇬🇧🇬🇧
Great job Brian! I am sure it will help her business as it now looks so manicured. What a busy road....scared me a few times when you were on those curbs!!!! 😮 Take care and have a great weekend😊
It’s so nice to see you appreciated ❤ your followers of course do , but those that stopped you was very nice to see too! You work so hard and have great results ! Thank you for helping her out and those passerby’s as well!
That was amazing! She may have lost business due to the state of the yard. If I had driven by and seen it like that, I would have assumed the business was closed! Beautiful job!
I’ll be so glad when you get away from that busy street 😮 . Makes me nervous! The lady’s business should triple with the beautiful curb appeal you’ve added . You really couldn’t tell if the place was open for business before.
🤔 Does that mean you can send a Bill to the City for cleaning their sidewalk? 🤷♀️😂 I love that you are recognized and appreciated! Love and respect always 🙏💕. Just saw what type of business she has. Yummy 👍
Now the landscaping matches the businesses name, WOW❣️Great job Brian, as usual ❣️It always tickles me when people put down stones, thinking weeds won’t grow. 😀 Unless you spray, they will grow everywhere. How long would it take the owner to use a hammer and nails to fix the fence? Not long. Thanks for caring Brian❣️
First I would like to say to Carolyn, my sincere condolences for your loss 🥺❤ Fantastic transformation Brian 👍🏆❤ lovely hedge work 👍 a clear pavement/sidewalk without trip hazardous is lovely to someone of my age👍 geeze O Brian I thought that white box van/truck was going to have your head off😮 I hope the business owner gave some cake and goodies to take home with you 😄❤
The grass does not grow on the sidewalk! It grows on private property and spreads over the walk. In the city's way of governing, this makes it the property owners problem to remove. There are enough light weight trimmers so this should not be a problem. Brian, you did a marvelous job on a very busy highway! This makes a clean sidewalk even more important for all to use safely!
I’m probably wrong but that looks like the busiest highway I’ve ever seen you do. As always you did a great job. It looks wonderful. Before I’m not sure I would have stopped for a cake. I can’t see how she was responsible for property that she does not own. Video was great.
Another job well done. Also, thank you for using your weedeater or whacker. Whatever you wanna call it down under they call it a whipper snipper not that that matters but I enjoy watching that being used other than shoveling the weeds out between the cracks.
LIke the name of that cake businesss...."WOW" What a fantastic job. You had to dodge that busy traffic when doing that sidewalk on such a busy street. Brain, great job. You really know how to do a awesome job, the place look's 100% better than before, maybe she get work now due to the fact that you have made the place look better, bless you and the family, by the way how is your back doing?? take care. David B., Utah. ♥♥♥.

I don’t know how the city has the audacity to fine people people for this! There are a lot more “city properties” a whole worse than this one! Good for you, Brian. We know your one of the best and will never let anyone down. Thank you for being the great guy with the big heart that never lets it get to his head. God bless you.
👍🏅👏🏆💯🌿Jana🌹
Lots of overgrown edges! You made them look new again. Did you spray to keep them from coming back? If not, the owner should. Thats a tricky place to weed eat, dangerous, too. I really appreciate all you do for others. Keep up the good work, and stay safe! ❤️
Great job as always, Brian. The condition of the sidewalks, and even more so, the tall grass on the property, could give people the impression that the business was closed and no longer in operation. Hopefully, this wonderful change to the appearance will help her business. God Bless you and your work.
Excellent work under terrible conditions near a highly frequented road. It´s not a joke to breeze all this dust and dirt caused by numerous cars. Nonetheless, you got a fantastic result. Keep it up, and see you on the next one ! 👍👍👍Greets from GER, U.
A much improved sidewalk and landscaping. I'm sure the owner is very happy with results. Such change can't help but lift their spirits. Your a very kind man.

@@TopNotchLawns I am. Thanks for asking. I Really appreciate the work you do for your community. It let's people like me know that THERE ARE STILL GOOD PEOPLE IN THE EARTH❤❤❤💯
Cleaning up the front should make her business more noticeable. And the bike riders and walking and running and wheelchair persons will greatly appreciate your generosity.
That's ridiculous that the city doesn't maintain it's property and expects the business to do it!! You did 110% clean up!! Really looks professional now!!!
Brian, you really do a great job!! Just lost my husband of 8 years 9-1-23 of cancer. Lost my first husband of 41 years in 2005 due to cancer!! Please keep me in your prayers. ❤
