I've had one and I was pretty happy with it. I've got it in 2016 for around 15 Euro from a guy. I have played many games with it. Fallout 4, GTA 5, Fortnite, Minecraft (with some easy to run shaders and so on. I have sold it in 2019 for 20 Euro, there was a guy that really wanted that GPU and he offered me 20 Euro. Then I've got an R9 380x and man it was a huge jump.
As someone who owns and used to use a gtx 650 im absolutely blown away that the gt 640 is still as powerful as it is. Now that im thinking about it, I kind of want to shunt mod my 650 and put a water cooler and see how fast itll go. Itll probably break but ive been waitingfor that to happen for over a decade haha
My dad has this gpu in his 2013 office PC. I am already anticipating the moment he decides to stop using that windows 7 thing so I can try to install Warzone on it
Back then I had an ATi HD 6670 1GB GDDR5 (same Model from Asus as your 640). I used it with an AMD A8 3850 APU in crossfire. It ran most games great in 1366x768 at medium to high settings with 40-60fps.
Definitely a neat card but for a little more buck you can get a lot more bang. I like that you included fall guys to give other examples than competitive shooters. I'd say ideally in that game you would want that full 60fps but I know switch runs about 30fps on it. Not saying the switch is the most fun experience to be had in that game. They have definitely tried tuning the game to be a little easier to run in the recent months and I wonder if that revived this card a little in that game.
I have a GT 1030 which is much stronger than the 640 and I wouldn't even bother. It runs current e-sport titles and some indie horror fine at 1080P. But for other games I have to turn down the screen resolution. And next-gen AAA stuff is unplaybable regardless of the settings.

I recently picked one up again (15eu) for a xp gaming pc and its still really great for that

9:46 why the hell did you switch to HE ammo? It does nothing against armored stuff, especially low caliber under 100mm

That’s the gt 640 formula 2 bro, you put up the wrong links, I’ve got one and you just put dvi to hdmi cables on it and run 4 screens!

My gt 640 runs shadow of tombraider well not perfectly but it doesn't lag. Seeing fps here is making me wonder if we're using the same asus gt 640

You could get a 750 ti for 80 dollars and get 40 or 50+ fps or more on the same games and more
