  • Today I'm making hazelnut milk with my Almond Cow.
Almond Cow is a plant-based milk maker! It makes making milk a lot easier than using the traditional method of squeezing the milk through a milk bag.
It does take a little bit of time to find your 'sweet' spot that works for you, but once you do it'll save you a lot of time!
What other plant-based milks should I try next?

Made my hazelnut milk for the first time today. Soaked them, but didn’t use the water (ughhhh!) going to try again next time with the water from soaking and then do the double nut process.
Also never used warm water for the milk, sounds like it should make a huge difference. Going to try that too! How long do you soak the nuts for? Great video!!

Hi!!! Thanks for watching my video!
Since I used warm water, I soaked it for just a few hours. I think maybe around 4-5hrs? I thought that it would help speed up the process, which I think it did But I think I will try soaking it overnight next time to see if it’ll come out even creamier. Enjoy! 🙂

Why do you soak the hazelnuts?

    • @heymisslisa

Soaking it softens the nuts and makes it easier to blend and it yields more liquid! =)
