Best review so far.
The best in its class 🙌🏼
Thanks. Really enjoyed your review 🙂👍
review the Veloz E variant next pls. Pati Toyota Lite Ace FX.
I've been in Angeles city for half a day, driven about 10 miles & I've seen about 15 Raptors, clearly very popular.
Looks amazing. Those "gremlins" are something to be concerned about. Great review!
what are gremlins? newbie here
@@Unborn8436 electronic glitches.
Yeah it can be annoying, but good thing with bugs is that it’s just needs a software update to fix.
I would get the V6 if it was made available at below 2.7M. I now own the new Ranger Raptor, and what I can say is, it’s plenty quick. Quick and powerful enough for maybe 95% of use cases here in the Ph. Pretty happy with the 4-cylinder diesel. The way Ford tuned this, you get torque early so it’s fun to drive.
doubt it be around 2.7M. Austrailian Price already reach around 3.2M if directly converted.
@@TheGOAT-fx9wx regional pricing though is so skewed, Malaysian Bi-turbo is only 10,000 RM (123,000 php) less the the V6. But yeah, it might likely be between 2.9 - 3.2M. Too rich.
yes, definitely more responsive than even the wildtrak 4x4
if u want v6 variant that not gonna release in ph market but for that price dnt forget nissan patrol V8!
@@ErnestMarvinEstebanano po mas matulin wildtrack bi-turbo or Yan po na raptor?
Congrats, this is the best video about the New Ranger Raptor I see but can you do a vídeo comparing the Ranger Raptor 2.0l diesel vs 3.0l petrol? Nobody did it and we have this 2 models. Thanks
Yes i was hoping for v6 turbo thats the reason i didn’t change my gen1 ranger raptor, gen2 still use the same diesel engine.was dissapointed
Good review waiting for mine september v6 petrol😊
Wow. Magkano pag cash po?
£60000😮
With the 2.0 diesel under the hood, it can be a perfect match to those that you can get in an Isuzu D-Max. Love the Raptor, and this is one of our family's dream cars. 🛻
It can't be a match because ford are known for it's bad reliability
That small receptacle in front of the shifter is the chips/fries holder. There’s even an embossed icon on the center console to prove it
Makes us want to borrow it again just to test that
@@autoindustriyaPlease review 2024 Toyota Wigo. Thanx.
solid vehicle
not offering the v6 ecoboost has me a lil hesitant. it just feels like getting ripped off. is there a way to get the v6 ecoboost crate engine / ecu and the variable suspension swapped in?
wow my dream
is this the same engine from the previous raptor?
2.0 biturbo is enough..what i need is the live valve shock which they did not installed to these variant..and also different exhaust sounds...so frustrating...planning to buy one.. but..feel so frustrated..
Ano po mas malakas ang hatak bi-turbo wildtrack or the new raptor??
We have a 10 to 12 months waiting period here in Malaysia for the V6 version. Maybe Ford just doesn't have the capacity to offer in some markets like PH.
i have a feeling ford philippines will offer the 3.0 v6 down the road...
I doubt that, ford ute car is no 1 best selling in New Zealand at now, and they only offer 2L BiTurbo for Ranger Raptor here. Meanwhile Ranger and Everest Has 6V diesel... Ranger Raptor should be Performer car and got beaten by Ranger XTL model and Everest... and since the 2L Biturbo Raptor is shame full option... we have no choice to get the petrol varian, not a bad car is just not what we want 😅
they will. the new hilux gr-s that is going to be released soon has a bit higher hp and torque. Ford needs to up the game in the engine department if they truly want to market this is a performance pick-up truck
@@ErnestMarvinEsteban the reason is new europe diesel law, Ranger Raptor 3.0 6V will not alowed without using blue diesel. In production side is not profitable to have 2 diffrent raptor diesel in the production.
2.0L bi-turbo is quite enough for me. I don't think I need much power like 3.0L V6. 10 speed for me is also too much I think we can't use it here in the php.
Would have been happier with the diesel v6 for the powah(not so much the thirsty gas) but Ford's experience with the i4 diesel and 10speed tranny combo is more reassuring for the buyer. The buying-not just commenting-market has dictated what's offered. They'll be ways to get more out of it if desired. As for the review, feels like it was done in a hurry. Vince usually does more driving feedback. I was half expecting the secret warehouse thrashing 😬
We wanted at the warehouse, but that might me a bit too tight given the Raptor's length and width 😅
@@autoindustriyaPlease review Toyota Yaris Cross. Thanx.

Juan buys the current 2.0 biturbo diesel raptor. After 6 months, the V6 petroleum variant lands to the Philippines shores. 😭
We wait for their announcement regarding the launching of Ford 4WD 3.0L V6 Double Combustion Engine Raptor Ranger here in the Philippine Market.
C'mon Ford Philippines. Bring in the Ecoboost version!! 😝
How tall are you?
For those who owns the new gen Raptor, have you had any issues with its engine?
I just had 30,000km service done on my Raptor V6. Had some software/sensor issues before, but with last software update, all seems working perfect now.
Ford Thailand offered 250,000km/7yrs warranty, which I took and with 2k, 15k, 30k services done, I've paid exactly 0.00 THB/USD/AUD.
Had a faulty fuel-sensor some time ago, they replaced of course. Car is a dream to drive and TCO very low like this..lol
No issues at all with the engine (V6)...
love mine. the biturbo 2.0L on this one actually feels tuned differently than the wildtrak and everest. feels more responsive, maybe not significantly faster but definitely more responsive. Doesn't really feel that it lacks power.
but if you were to ask me If i'd be willing to swap this one if ever ford releases the 3.0L V6 definitely yes. Not because the 2.0L biturbo feels weak but who wouldn't want a faster, more powerful engine and a better sounding exhaust on a performance pick-up truck,
I thought the same. The 2L biturbo is surprisingly capable. That's coming from someone who's been in a smaller AWD car with 300hp. A little tuning, I think I'd forget the V6 and the associated costs.
I wonder how true that this 2.0 Raptor variant is tuned to a faster response and more quick setting than that of the current wildtrak of the same engine. Given that the wildtrak has a lighter body, so if the basis is power to weight ratio then logic tells me that its possible that the raptor is a bit sluggish than the WT.
Ford Philippines, we want V6. I'll buy 2.
Weh
I wish they had put the ventilated seats on this truck and the front locker. Otherwise, i think Ford really spanked the Toyota Hilux GR with this truck.
talaga tol
The Toyota Vios (-1.8%) sees its sales thaw and its market share fall from 11.9% to 9.3% but it remains by far the best-selling model in the country. It is the 14th time in the past 15 years that the Vios is #1 in the Philippines, only missing out in 2017 when the Toyota Fortuner was #1. Toyota places a record 8 models in the Top 10 this year. The Hilux (+29.4%), Innova (+33.9%) and Fortuner (+30.4%) round out the Top 4, while the Rush (+18.4%), Wigo (-18.2%) and Hiace (+19.9%) are weaker. The Raize lands directly at #8 overall with 3.6% of the market. The only non-Toyota models in the Top 10 are the Mitsubishi Xpander (+43.8%) lodging the biggest uptick among the 10 best-sellers and the Ford Ranger (+24.1%) at #10.
bring the V6 Petrol
How to get rock chips.😂
really ford has problem with reliability like land rover imagine the 2023 raptor rear differential of paul maric of car expert aus., is already broke/damage after only 2k plus miles and ford has to replace it with a new one
XL 4X4 is already fine and its cheaper.
Tyres and suspension of the Raptor are very expensive to replace
Guys, If you want it, just buy it. If you can't afford it go and find another video. Don't pretend and hide behind some Ford issues as an excuse. I know you are wishful and hopeful but just couldn't afford it. lol! I am a toyota user but i respect Ford users.
I'd still choose reliability over tech features. Pro4x is good! Even the conquest Hilux.
I need 6v diesel raptor, why everest and ranger got if and raptor only have 2 Bi turbo diesel raptor...😢 thats just bad marketing
V6 will cost more maybe 2.9m or more 😢
1st
Born to be dirty or born to be repaired. Always😂
di bagay yung 2.0 engine mas bagay v6 same in thailand
Daming gremlins
Nagdidisconnect lang yung Android Auto dahil sa two way radio. Yan na ba yung “daming gremlins” para sayo 😂😂
