Arabs don't realise that mental health issues aren't just depression or anxiety,(which is what they only know), as there's WAY MORE DISORDERS that are far from being "crazy" qnd it all shows how messed up we are and simply uneducated, I hope everyone with any mental issues from disorders to trauma to self harm, is strong enough
