Love this workout, I gave it a go and my shoulders were absolutely dying the next day. Please do a video on upper body flexibility!!! Have so many injuries from not stretching properly and it would be so helpful!!

I love this type of training!! Especially the control on the Negative , plus short rest times ! 😍 PS I barley break a sweat. I heard the more you are in shape the less you sweat. It's probably genetic and environmental, plus exertion.

Also, it’s so cool to see (hear) how your English has improved!! There were times you sounded al little roboty, with allot of pauses between your words (not to be rude, because your progress really makes me feel like a proud friend😂) I remember when I wanted to watch your videos after I found you on Instagram, but your vids were only in Swedish 😅💪

Great w. o. I need to focus on the lower body, abs as well. I have no problem with muscles memory on my upper body its everything starting from my upper abs down. Oh! And my back. For me its the hardest part to train. Keep the video's coming! 👍
The song is 'hide and seek' by slumberjack ft Claire ridgely... Hannah way to go! I just discovered how to split my upper and lower workout days so tomorrow I'm going ham on the upper body! I'm gonna do pull downs cause I haven't reached the potential to do pull ups yet😂
