- Mitosis is a small phase in the whole process of cell cycle in which the replicated chromosomes are separated into two nuclei.

DNA Replication : • DNA Replication Made Easy
before the cell starts with the mitosis it has already undergone the interphase, where it has grown and duplicated its dna, basically all set for dividing.
The whole process of mitosis is divided into 4 simple stages
Prophase Metaphase Anaphase & Telophase.
And the basic concept of each of them is
Condensation, Arrangement, Splitting and Nuclear membrane formation.
we will talk about one important structure inside the cell that is essential for proper splitting of the nucleus --- The Mitotic spindle.
This structure is known as a spindle because of its shape.
The mitotic spindle consists of centrosomes and the microtubules ,the rope like structure which project from them.
The word centrosome is often confused with the word centromere. THIS is centromere. The bead like structure that you see in the centre of a chromosome, which is different from centrosome which is this structure here which helps in dividing the contents of the nucleus into two.
This is the most helpful introduction ever I ve seen sir.could u plz teach us about meiosis too
I LOVE THESE VIDEOS HE BREAKS IT DOWN SO CLEAN. So your notes are organized and not all over the place! You can LITERALLY takes notes as you watch the video😭😭👏👏
Really clear video. Watched this and the previous video on mitosis and now completely understand the process. Love how clear and concise the videos are.
This vid was truly informative!
Loved it. I request u to post a similar kinda vid on meiosis.
Nice...what a simplified explanation !
Was eagerly waiting for this 😍
sir pls make a video on meiosis
YOUR VIDEOS ARE TRULY LIFE SAVING,VERY COMPREHENSIVE AND CONVENIENT.
you made this topic easy for me literally🤗 .....thanx dude💞
sir please make a video on meiosis and amitosis also.
Really good stuff. Well done.
Your voice and accent is very clear to understand
Thank you sir. It's very helpful for me.
You're are one of the best teachers 🤗
Thank you so much sir,,
fr this helpful & informative 😌 video....
This helps me soo much...
🥰🥰🤩🤩
Thank you so much. This was very helpful.
U made my dought clear 🙏
Thank you brother its realy amazing knowledge video ....
Really too much helpful!
Beautiful explanation thanks you million times ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
No one can teach bio better than you.👍👍
Thank u for this
I AM ALWAYS HAPPY WITH THIS VEDIO TANK YOU
Wow, this is a great video! You actually break down each phases of Mitosis very well. However, where is the lecture on 'Meiosis?' Please sir, upload it because it is also needed. Without 'Meiosis', it's like the lesson is incomplete. We want 'Meiosis.'
Thank you my friend
verry helpful! Just what i needed
Thank you for your kind words, it means a lot!
thanks a lot sir, you are the best
Excellent!
I really like your classes. Have gone through several DNA related classes from you. Do you have classes for gene sequencing which describe library, short reads, and perhaps why and how about gene sequencing.
Love it so much
You are the best!!!!
Good lecture
This is helpful. Can you make video on meiosis also. I request you to make video on genetics topic like QTL mapping and yeast genetics like that
Thank you so much sir
Thank you bro.
Thanks for the succinct explanation. Please, i need the link to the video on Meiosis
Thank You for creating such an amazing video. Best explanation of Mitosis I have found on TH-cam!!! Subscribing for sure.
thank you
thank youuuu :)
7:23 Pro-metaphase is not part of metaphase. Either it is its own phase, or it is called late prophase. Molecular biology textbooks list the same events, but some use a 4-phase mitosis and label these steps as occurring in late prophase, whereas other texts use a 5-phase mitosis and label them as their own separate phase, called pro-metaphase.
Pls make a video on cell Meiosis also..
Sir,Please make a video of meiosis
Wow very nice
Sir, make a video on meiosis also
Thank you so much!
This was very useful
Please make on meiosis too🙏
Best explained in precise vedio
You could have directly start with the prophase ... But you give those extra 6+ minutes to teach that basics ...and let me tell u ... That thing you tell here about chromosome's arm are actually 2 not 4 , amd that centrosome and centromere ... I was always confused between that and you cleared my doubt pretty well .... Thank you so much guy 🥺💝 ...
It actually says pretty much about you that you must have been a good student in studies . Like one of my teacher once told me that jitne bhi good teachers ham dekhte hai , wo zarur apne school time me medium level ke student rahe honge , unhe bhi wo cheeze smjh nhi aai hongi jo wo hame shandar tarah se samjhate hai , plus jo toppers hote hai , wo mostly gifted hote hai , kam efforts me unhe jaldi and zyada samajh aa jata hai so wo ape students ko kabhi funda nhi bata pate ke kisi cheez ko kese learn Kiya Jaaye .
Tq so much sir
Amazing video cleared all my doubts🤩🤩🤩
This was really awesome 👍.I
had watched all your videos they are all superb 👏👏👏👏👌👌👌👌👌
YOU ARE BEST DUDE...YOUR VIDEO R VERY HELPFUL FOR YOUR STUDIES...✌😎
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🤗 Love you Sir 💗 Thanks A lot
Please make video on endomitosis and polyploidy please I am not getting it it's request 🙏🏻🙏🏻
8:00 You say that 2 microtubules attach to each chromosome at its centromere. That is true for yeast, but for mammals the number is more like 60 to 80.
Great work. You are going toward the Perfection. What is your name and number? Plz.
Your videos are amazing.........u are doing fabulous job👍👍👍👍keep it up.....
For your explanation 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 sir
What is the size attained by the DNA after CONDENSATION from 2344 km to what????? at 7:20
U rock🙏sir.
Thank you soo much sir
This is awesome video
Make video on meosis
Sir plz make a meiosis vdo...
We are very much excited to learn according to your knowledge
Sir please make video on meoisis
Thanks for the idea
Meosis pe video nahi bani kya sir mai search kr rahi thi?
Excellent excellent
Bro please explain meiosis also
6:06 WHOAH! The DNA in one of our cells is nowhere near 2,344 KM. The actual value is about 2 meters. You off by a factor of about 1 million.
Please make a video on meiosis
Bro are you from INDIA 🇮🇳 . Can your viewers know your name .... Pls ....
Like the video. And like the comment.
You are greater than the greatest
Plz make a video on oogenesis
Video for meiosis please!!!
Steps of meiosis..please!!
Nice
Excellent. Who are you?
Meiosis par aisa hi video banaye na sir please
sir please explain Interphase
nuclear division precedes cell division
Sir please give the video of meiosis, neet knocks at door quickly upload more classes
I think our DNA is 2.2 m long...not 2344 km
Oh
☻👆👍👍👍👍
rDNA is 2344m or 2344km??
Its actually 2-3 metre long per cell
You should be teaching biology teachers n professors how to teach
human cell one nuclei DNA Lenght 2 meters i know?
bro your two identical chromatin make one chromosome which consist sister chromatides . its shape X you drive two X . its not true but u good
This is difficult to understand by rapid lecture
Sir , chromosome has ,two arms ,sir🤔
Sir please make video on meiosis
