I have an app on my phone called notepad..it's like virtual sticky notes...I keep one for groceries...when I go to the store, I have my list right on my phone...when I get home with my haul, I deleted the items I bought. Write down what your making then write down what ingredients you’ll need for that meal then you won’t forget. I do this so I have my meals with me and what I don’t have I put it down on other side for grocery store.
I’m not sure if it’s legal in Georgia or not but you should try to get pepper spray if you’re able to. Especially if you’re around by yourself and at night time. Also, another thing that I like to do is if I’m going to a store later at night by myself, I’m on the phone with a family member, so if anything happens, they could always call 911.
