A butter knife is better than a spoon to level off your measuring cups. Waste of time to put bananas in oven, just use them when a little ripe (lots of brown spots). Good to use a rubber spatula to scrape from bowl and level in your loaf pan. A hand mixer doesn’t cost much and you said there was a Target near you. I wish you well!
Love banana bread! I’ve used the same recipe with only 2 bananas so you probably didn’t have to adjust the measurements. It’s one of a few baked items where you don’t have to be exact with the fruit to still to get a great end result.

Ariana you did better than I did my first time baking banana bread and when my fiance baked his my mom who always made banana bread when I was growing up told me that my fiance was better than my by the picture. I made apple pie twice I just used the cheap crist and I put cinnamon in it and the second time I added the top crist and my dad said that my first one was better without the top crist. I also made brownies into cupcakes and that wasn't bad then put ice cream like a brownie ice cream sandwich just some ideas and all you can do it try your best. I enjoyed watching your cooking videos when you and Jamie where living together. You have grown up so much and you should be very proud of yourself how far you have come over the years. Remember you don't want to fall back in your classes if you have time to get some of your assignments done early go ahead and get them done and out of the way. Stay warm also.

Buy Chiquita banana bread mix and follow the recipe on the bag. I also add semi sweet mini chocolate chips and it’s delicious and so easy. If you add chips just put in to your liking.
I have never made my bananas turn black . I just use them however they are. But mash them up real good before mixing with the rest of stuff. And mine has turned out fine every time.
Ariana, I’m not sure if anyone has told you but to keep bread it’s freshest, cut your slices from the inside out so the ends can be pushed together and it keeps the inside of the bread moist and keeps longer. Great job on the banana bread. Looks delicious!!
Here's a basic recipe suggestion we always have on hand in our home. First off ill say we love croutons. We eat them on most salads and in soups. I feel like you most people love them. Buy: 1 loaf of bread (at walmart. Not all the fancy costly bred but a uncut whole loaf of Wal-Mart bread on the wall. We like the seeded Italian or French) Olive oil Pepper Oregano That's it. Cut the bread into chunks small or big as you like. Put in a big bowl to toss. Toss olive oil and season with pepper and oregano to taste. Toss some more gently until it spread around. Lay on a cookie sheet.you don't have to line it its your choice. Grill/bake until a little brown and crispy. Just watch them. Take them out. Cool. That's it. Make a Caesar Salad. chop 1 Roman lettuce Grate parmesan/reg cheese on it. Add croutons Kens Caesar dressing You could add chicken or not. I always have Tyson southern chicken strips in my freezer for sick chicken additions. Just start these first

Look up the easy 3 ingredient banana bread, just 1 yellow cake mix, 2 eggs, and 3 banana's. Smash your banana's first with a mixer after yyou peel them, then add the other 2 ingredients with a mixer all of it' makes 2 loafs, i add chocolate chips to mine.
To make even more delicious, just before putting it in the oven, ADD WALNUTS or CHOPPED PEANUTS (place on top of the loaf) or CHOCOLATE BUTTONS (can push some of them unto the loaf as well)

I’ve been making banana bread lately too! First couple of times. 😊 my tips that I have learned: when checking the bread, leave the oven open as little as possible. Maybe even take out the bread and check it, shutting it quickly. The oven loses temp really fast and that can affect the way stuff cooks. 😁also with bread, as much as it being warm is AMAZING ❤ , the texture of the bread will be the most airy if you let it cool fully before you cut it. I usually microwave or airfry it a little with butter to warm it up to eat
