It always makes me nervous when you take things off the shelf but the shopping cart is so far away 😂😂😂
Why?
I got my Corelle snowflake blue patterned dishes in 1973. The design has never worn off or faded.
I hope you wont mind me saying, but I highly suggest you google the corelle site and read their warnings about their vintage pattern dishes. Some of the older plates etc have lead in the paint :)

The older ones last forever but the newer ones wear out
But watch out if they break, they break into a million shards !

The Design doesn't wear off.I bought mine in the 80's they still have their design. They seldom break if you drop them,however when they rarely ever break,they shatter into pieces!!They get extremely hot in the microwave.recomend short term reheating only unless you use an oven mitt when removing from microwave.Lyatt Sandee from Ohio. 💜💜🙏🤟😊

If you can find a cabinet that you like. You can always hang floating shelves to fold and place towels on. That also leaves floor space to place a hamper for the dirty towels.
Kansas weather is the same way. It’s freezing one day and 80 degrees the next day plus 30-50 mph wind gusts are normal here so we are under a burn ban.

I would check ikea for a shelf. I have one from there very similar to what you were describing.
I've got Corelle from the 80's the design doesn't wear off. But the white is nice because it stays the same.

I have the corelle plates and I love them. I dropped a plate on my tile floor and it didn’t break. I also put them in the dishwasher too. Corelle is a great product..
I used to use stridex when I was a kid. Had no idea it was still around lol😊

And oh, we've been using our Corelle and Duralex dinnerware since I was a child in the 80s. They're still looking great today! You can't go wrong with them. 😊

Thank you for reading them. I am also a low vision person but I usually try and blow it up to read it or ask a family member to read it. But that's not always feasible so I appreciate you reading them out. Loud for those of us who have struggles with the yen.
Crate and barrel have so many nice things for the kitchen

At Walmart I shop back to front for that same reason lol bread and frozen at the end lol lol

Go to the toilet accessories aisle, ie: toilet brushes, waste baskets, hand towel holders. They will have corner shelves

Hello Alicia, hope all is well. Michigan weather has been super wonky too 😢 I have had the square corelle set for almost 20 years and haven't had any issues with breaking or fading. That's with handwashing and dishwasher.
You can sack those shelves, you can put them anyway you want to they connect by the white block holding them together :)
Hangers are hard to find, at holiday times especially, because crafters are making things with them

corelle Dishes are top rack only if you put them in the bottom rack of a dishwasher, you will eventually warp them and chip the paint off the edges
Alicia the Siete taco shells are delicious you warm them up in the oven for like 3 minutes and they come out so crispy crunchy and taste amazing I would give them a try
I have Pioneer Woman dishes, multiple sets that all work together, but are hard to place into the dishwasher to keep the rotation water arm from bumping into them. Your Cornell choice should work great. I just like a lot of color on dishes. LOL

I use to hang signs on my carts when everyone was home. "I AM SHOPPING PLEASE DO NOT PUT THESE GROCERIES AWAY. THANK YOU." DID this after they put my gtocer away while I had another cart shopping. I made the signs Bright Yellow large black print laminated.

You should check the bathroom aisle for the shelf! I’ve seen they carry the ones that go above the toilet, and also corner shelfs.

I’ve had my Apple design for over 33 yrs and they have never faded. They are ran threw the dishwasher every time we use them. But they are correct Corelle are the best. But buy an extra set
