I can tell you have grown so much b just in the couple of months being away. It’s hard adjusting and learning but it’s crucial to development. And I still haven’t event gotten to mastering basics on grocery shopping I use online delivery because it’s too overwhelming mentally to go in the store
You can take pics of everything and use that as a grocery list or write it down for your next trip. Also when you think of something text in your phone. They have this app called grocery list where you can keep your list and once your get an item then mark it off then it draws a line through it for you. When it come to your bacon cut them 3 times in smaller strips. I hope this helps. My favorite meal is tyson Grilled chicken, 1/2 cup sweet peas, 3 scambled eggs, knorr chicken flavor rice mix all this together once it's all been cooked separtely! ❤ hope this helps. Tuna fish is another favorite. Can tuna fish boil 3 eggs, 1tbsp of mustard and duke's mayo mix all together warm up or eat cold on slices of bread. Spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread sticks. Good job! We buy pork loin because it’s inexpensive and big enough to feed our family. We do mostly from scratch meals instead of boxed because of the chemicals in them and the many health or gut issues our family has.
Only my opinion, I believe that cold stuff should be the very last thing that should be added to the cart. If starting at the back of the store, the cold stuff has more of a chance of getting warm and going bad quicker. Again, just my opinion.

Pepperoni pizza with colieflower crust, breaded frozen talopiea, potato skins, mozzarella sticks. Air fry some small potatoes and peppers with only olive oil, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes it is so good.

We make alot of things in the airfryer.like fish cakes ,fish bites ,Nuggets,I love crumpets with either strawberry jam ,honey or golden syrup for breakfast.we love macaroni cheese.

Before going to college - when you did these grocery videos you used to FILL the cart SO fast putting like 2 or 3 of everything in the cart without thinking twice 😂😂😂 now that you experienced living solo at college on a different budget and have been away a bit - you put like 1 or 2 of things like Halie had to convince you to get 3 packs of something for 17-19 people 😂😂😂😂😂 so funny to see. I would literally be in the hospital if I ate most of this food. If I could go back in time and give my younger self some advice it would hands down be Limit sugar Limit processed, stay on the outskirts of the store (I am no chef, but I prefer my cooking to most restaurants) Buy seasonally and never eat the same thing too often (because you’ll be more likely to develop a sensitivity or allergy to it. Seasonally helps to not over do it) Always eat more veggies Drink mostly water Limit dairy Organic IS worth it. The better the fuel the better your body will be. I almost never get sick, use no medications, and look about 20 years older than most people my age It’s a process. It can be overwhelming at first. Instead of missing what you shouldn’t have reinvent it. I’ve literally made healthy pie

I think sliders would be good easy meal to make. Hawaiian rolls, shredded chicken add a little cream cheese to it for flavor, add some buffalo sauce to some of it. Top with mozzarella cheese. Top buns with melted butter garlic and Italian seasoning. Bake until cheese is melted. Chips or pasta salad for a side

A great and easy dinner idea is orange chicken with chow main I buy the popcorn chicken and orange sauce (found in the Asian area) thin spaghetti celery carrots the shredded kind. teriyaki sauce airfry your popcorn chicken cook the noodles the drain put the noodles in a large frying pan throw in the chopped celery carrots sesame oil mix together add some teriyaki sauce warm up the chicken sauce in a pan then when the popcorn chicken is done poor into a bowel and put the orange sauce in I usually use a big Tupperware bowl and shake it then serve with the noodles as a side I usually pair it with little egg rolls also cooked in the air fryer

You did good job honey, when you heat up the refried beans add three tablespoons of milk to it , Will make it so incredibly creamy you would never think adding a couple tablespoons of milk with drastically change the taste and flavor and texture of the refried beans but trust me it does and it’s so worth it it’s so good it’s gonna blow your mind

Limit dairy
Organic IS worth it. The better the fuel the better your body will be. I almost never get sick, use no medications, and look about 20 years older than most people my age

I think sliders would be good easy meal to make. Hawaiian rolls, shredded chicken add a little cream cheese to it for flavor, add some buffalo sauce to some of it. Top with mozzarella cheese. Top buns with melted butter garlic and Italian seasoning. Bake until cheese is melted. Chips or pasta salad for a side

A great and easy dinner idea is orange chicken with chow main I buy the popcorn chicken and orange sauce (found in the Asian area) thin spaghetti celery carrots the shredded kind. teriyaki sauce airfry your popcorn chicken cook the noodles the drain put the noodles in a large frying pan throw in the chopped celery carrots sesame oil mix together add some teriyaki sauce warm up the chicken sauce in a pan then when the popcorn chicken is done poor into a bowel and put the orange sauce in I usually use a big Tupperware bowl and shake it then serve with the noodles as a side I usually pair it with little egg rolls also cooked in the air fryer
