    INGREDIENTS
    1 medium-large head of cauliflower
    2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    2-3 cloves garlic minced
    2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
    1/2 tsp smoked paprika
    1/2 tsp salt to taste
    1/4 tsp pepper to taste
    a pinch of dry pepper flakes
    Instructions,remove the bottom leaves of the cauliflower. (Remove as much of the thick white stalk as possible)In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, oil, minced garlic, paprika, pepper flakes, Italian Seasoning, grated parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
    (scrunch the parchment paper so it will hold the sauce)add the cauliflower and pour the butter mix on top, and spread the sauce all over the cauliflower by using a basting brush.Air Fry at 320F for 25-30 minutes or until cauliflower is fork tender and slightly crispy on top. pour leftover sauce on top and garnish with a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese and some chopped parsley and serve hot.
