    I find it incredible how passionate this man is about detailing and the level of expertise he has on the matter, as well as his own products. Not even a salesman, but makes me want to buy and use the products. Keep it up!

    Just a little testimony for anybody new to larrys channel. After buying a 17 midnight tahoe, I was torn between car pro and ammo's products. I chose ammo because of how informative Larry is about his products with his youtube. The initial cost is high to do this process but the products last for more than one application. Reflex, skin, and cream with a cr spotless works magic. After a 3000 mile month long road trip, my first wash. I can honestly say it looked just as clean as the day I was done applying the ammo products. Great stuff and I am looking forward to my next purchase.

      You'd be kicking yourself if you actually tried CarPro products. Gyeon and CarPro are dominating the market right now and for a good reason. Try CarPro Hydr02, Gyeon Wet Coat and you'll never go back too "applying" anything. Their Ceramic coatings are absolutely insane too.

    Whenever you clay its important to know that its an abrasive so it will always leave haze or fine scratches when you finish claying. So if you clay, you should plan to compound and polish out the fine scratches and haze. Its best to clay once, then seal it and always be prudent with maintenance washes in order to avoid claying ever. Unless as stated above, you need to.

I know you have made a video on how to restore Carbon Fibre, but I would like to see one on how to restore your motorcycle fairing. This video came in handy when my mom got a new Hyundai Sonata, it was raining that week and the whole process of them wanting to detail i for free had my doubts; sure enough she took it, I fixed it when it came back, a brand new Sonata off the floor with swirls and what not even some wax build up, luckily a 15 hour work in my garage at home I was able to make it much better and it ended up being the fact all her co workers wanted me for detailing 🤣 Thank you sir

      Ha! Yes, I'm really proud of the car. But as they were pulling off the stickers from the interior panels, I was seriously thinking "Larry Kosilla would not approve of this." I live in Phoenix, don't have a garage at home and don't have covered parking at work, so my paint takes an absolute beating. I also have a 3 year old, so I don't have the time I wish I did to take care of the car. I'm happy if I can keep a good coat of wax on it through the summer.

    • @pwk879
      @pwk879 7 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      First, these AMMO detailing videos are technically extremely well done, not taking anything away from them or Larry K. on that front. But I totally understand billybobjoe198's point. You can keep a "showroom" shine on a brand new car (that you're restricted to driving ~10k/year) over the term of a lease with 1/100th the effort/expense of the type of detailing Ammo is doing.
      On a lease? Wash the car as needed and apply a synth. sealant 2X a year, and it's going to basically look perfect still after only 3 years. All this other stuff is making sure the paint will still be perfect 5, 7, maybe even 10, years down the road. Totally pointless on a lease.
      I mean, knock yourself out if 'car detailing' is literally your hobby and source of enjoyment.

    I really like how you added another wash mitt for the body section. Following your original blackbird washing video I didn't really like how we were using the same mitt for the top as we were for the bottom where rocks and sand could be sticking to the paint still. When doing the top to bottom method and washing multiple cars in a day I found that I had to do the tops of every car first then do the bottoms of every day. Else it makes me cringe using the mitt that touched the bottom on the top of another car.

    I was surprised Larry used "Scotch Guard" on the seats of a brand new BMW. I guess it's better than nothing at all. Larry needs some sort of FABRIC PROTECTION product in his AMMO product line up! Back to the product development lab Larry! Great products buddy, you definitely need your own Fabric protector!

    @15:46 / in older cars, this is also caused by people using the wrong cleaner on the dashboard and as you rightly say, the grease contained in it evaporates onto the w/screen

    Hey Larry 1 tip at 10:10 . If you take the normal heatgun and hold it at the spot like the birdpoo stain it shud disapear when it gets hot. The heat process shud take not more then 1 minute to disapaer if so you shud polish then. :)

      Andreas Widlund wouldn't that open the "pores" of the paint and imbed the bird poop? Not sure just asking. I guess if you do that and get a strong cleaner that should work

      well if you polish instead its the same of heat, have done it myself and it works just dont hold to long at the same spot then you burn the paint.
