@@johann8686 By the way, I just grabbed a '22 mercury as my 'one board quiver'. I own a Never Summer WestBound, 25, and Proto, but don't need 3 boards for different conditions living in Texas and only boarding less than 10 days a year. All of these have a blend of camber and rocker. I've been boarding for 15 years, Intermediate, never ride park, is it a big jump adjusting to the camber of the Merc? Is it that 'grabby'?

@@Calisnr Hey Michael, that is awesome that you bought a mercury, congratz on a great snowboard!
By grabby, you mean catchy? It took me a while getting used to the turning/carving radius and behavior of this board in the first 3 days because it feels so different to my old GNU riders choice.
Dont stress tho, it is a great board from the start. Just really riding aggressive took me a little to figure out but i am sure you will have no problems!
What bindings are you throwing on your new Merc?

@@johann8686 awesome! I got a question. Would this board be good for a beginner that's a fast learner? looking for a board that can do it all and stay with me as my skill goes up. I'm also considering the Jones Frontier and the Capita DOA. Thanks!

@@strlinr2560 Hey man, as mentioned in the vid you would make it extra hard on yourself to learn the basics like turns, carving, presses etc...go for something like the DOA now und keep the Mercury in mind as a future board

I'm currently in the market for a Capita Mercury snowboard and could use some advice. I typically wear US size 11 boots sometimes 11.5. I also have Rome Katana bindings in L/XL. Now, the big question is whether I should go for a wide or non-wide board. Any insights or recommendations based on your experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, give me some info about your height/weight and what length of board you wonna go for. It depends on what you plan on riding the most.

Great review. I'm looking to buy a new board. It's either this one or the DOA. What do you think?

Hi, it depends mostly on your riding style and a little on the Terrain you will ride the most. If you like aggressive carving and riding fast get the Mercury
