    That guy is really working up a sweat! I just bought the mini stepper with resistance bands and am impressed how much of a workout it actually is.

    Hey, I been doing that 6 min workout exercise 3x a day and after 3 weeks of non constant exercise my body is already toning up. Is that enough exercise to build my body ? My body type is more ectomorphic. Btw that workout video has changed my life many thanks

    Hi! Love this workout, but I was wondering... Is it still useful if I do only 2x instead of 3? I ask this because I would like to incorporate this with other of your workouts to make a "daily circuit", but it needs to have a time limit, since often I exercise before going to work.
    Hope I explained myself, english is not my native language 😅

      Of course! 2 rounds through sounds great! You can continue to make the two rounds harder as you get stronger by adding more weight or mixing up the exercises without adding additional time to your workout.

      Yes, mini steppers are great for helping with weight loss as they can help you achieve a great cardiovascular burn, and get a great full body workout

      Hi Sara! Yes! Feel free to use whatever you have available at home - water bottles and canned food are both great options if you don't have dumbbells.
