    I can’t wait for mine to come in the mail. I just ordered from Amazon and going to watch your videos. I work from home and can fit a 15-30 mins workout in daily. A mom of five who is struggling to lose weight after my twins. I’m motivated and ready to share my results when I can.

    I got one for Christmas. I had wanted one years ago and had forgotten about them. This workout is perfect as I get back into shape. Im turning 48 in March and I plan on staying healthy and active God willing

    I bought a mini stepper months ago thinking I'd use it while I was working which I have not. It was as if the universe wanted me to get my butt in gear....this workout kicked my butt! And I loved every minute of it. Thank you!!!

    i been doing 1200 steps on it a day. But i tend to do 100 every 20 mins. But since i watched this, and breating techniqes ! i added another 500 on my 1200 ! i forget breathing and warming up is important.

    Just got mine few days ago and stumbled on this video, tried it for two days now. So yeah, my legs are shaking after doing it but my body felt good and kinda light haha. 😅

    at age 71 i bought my mini stepper a month ago and came across your channel which i am enjoying, i do the ten minutes then go back to the beginning and do it again so getting a good work out

    First of all, you look great!
    This is exactly the training that I need as a beginner! I am glad that I have found Your video and channel. Just bought an old-school metal stepper same built as yours, without bands. I expect a good development in my calf muscles, which in course will help ease my troubled feet. And of course cellulitis must be reduced thanks to this type of training. Thank You!     I have the twist version of the stepper, is it better/worse for these workouts?

You may be able to target the glutes, and inner and outer thighs differently with a twist stepper due to the side to side motion - however, you'll find both machines are great for a good workout.     Do you think you can do a low impact for asthmatics? I tried doing this work out but 4 minutes in and my breathing was so bad. I loved the workout though and im sweating like crazy. ❤❤❤

    Just got my twist stepper, is it normal for my legs to be on fire in just the first two minutes? Feels like a lactic acid party going on in my thighs - should I do a warmup to walk 😳

    I just got a stepper . My main goal is to lose my stomach and legs. If I was to do this daily would I achieve this goal on top of losing inches? So I need to do any other workout ? Like treadmill or CrossFit ? When I work out I gain muscle and I scale goes up. I love to just lose inches and waist abs stomach and legs
