    I'm absolutely loving your workouts. As others are saying, you are so encouraging and help me get through right to the end of the workout!
    I was jus wondering, does it make a difference if I'm using a twist stepper or just the up and down stepper? I don't have the twist stepper but I still feel these workouts kicking my butt 😆

      Thank you for your question. Both twist and regular steppers are great for targeting the glutes and thighs! You may be able to target the glutes, and inner and outer thighs differently with a twist stepper due to the side-to-side motion.       Thank you for your prompt reply!! And thank you for the advice!! The up and down stepper is working well for me at the moment. I haven't worked out for a long time and the stepper has been great at waking my muscles up 😆😆
      I'm going to try and include some leg exercises like lunges and squats etc.
      But when I get the chance I really do want to get the twist stepper 😉 I'll be looking and feeling a lot healthier using the stepper and following your workout videos.

    Hi Sunny Health & Fitness:
    Can this mini stepper be used on a daily basis,three times a week basis, and how long on the step or to keep it in tiptop shape and not overuse it?
    Lastly:
    What’s the difference between the twister and Advanced? Mini stepper is the twister more for your hip and waste area and is it uncomfortable? Thank you.

      We do recommend breaking up your workouts into 15-minute increments either with periods of rest, bodyweight or strength exercises. These steppers do use hydraulic resistance which can overheat and cause damage to the stepper if used for extended periods of time. Both twist and regular steppers are great for targeting the glutes and thighs. You may be able to target the glutes, and inner and outer thighs differently with a twist stepper due to the side-to-side motion - however, you'll find with the resistance on a regular stepper you can target your glutes and thighs very effectively and both are a great cardio workout.     Hello. I did an hour of this mini stair stepper workout and the calories said 150 only but my google fit said 887 calories. I did fast walking the whole 1 hour? What is the real calorie count??

      The calorie counters are based on averages, and calorie count can vary depending on height, weight, age, heart rate, etc. For a more accurate calorie count we recommend using an MET calculator or a fitness tracker with a heart rate monitor
