With a bounceland in hand it is a very common line to go +1 mana, as well as it would have given you a reach blocker to chump the scion. With 6 mana, titan hits field, and can grab any variety of lands to dig you out of the boarstate.
Last game of round 2, while the harbinger was bounced, you could have used aftermath analyst to return the otawara to the battlefield and a bounce land to put it back in hand to prepare for the recast

Had no idea about the Echoing Deeps trick. So would this work with Body Double for example? If I were to bring back multiple creatures at the same time to the battlefield from the graveyard, would Body Double be able to enter as a copy of a creature that’s not there anymore 🤔
57:13 alternatively here you can pact for titan. Grab a growth chamber and tolaria west. Transmute for pact and Analyst. Put a titan in play and haste-able while also starting the loop.

I used to play a lot of amulet back in the death's shadow era of modern. This seems like trying to over complicate the deck, you are throwing away the ability to grind for a all in combo. Maybe im a boomer but i think i prefer the old style of winning with hasty titans. Even the Dryad of the Ilysian Grove valakut plan might be easier to pull off. I do admit that i have been off modern for quite a few years now so maybe the meta has completely pushed that deck away from viability.

Either way back to watching. Edit: Scratch all that. Just remembered that land was effectively an island there. Well...

Is it just me, but did Amulet Titan throw out a clear and understandable path to victory for a convoluted hodge-podge of a glass cannon?
Being able to deterministically win the game from 1 amulet effect is so powerful. It's a whole lot easier to resolve in paper
Real Amulet has never been tried
At the end of the 1st round you could pact for grazer, and then use it to get an extra mana with the bounce land and cast titan

I like the occasional Modern and Pioneer as long as it is still mostly Legacy. I feel the same about Pauper and Vintage

Amulet is kinda like show and tell in Legacy in that it’s a really cool outlet for high mana cost shenanigans and otherwise unplayable cards.

This seems harder than either plan and folds to graveyard hate. The format’s faster but this seems extreme
