Just wanted to say, I almost didn't recognize you with a clean face... nice... I do my best at night in the dark. I have ADHD and it being in the dark helps me focus more and my clock is set at night.
I have another problem , i am a student , i study electrical engineering , after my school day , i start codig , in weekend coding , in vacation coding , i feel as i need to do coding detox , i can't focus in my life anymore , what i really want or my subco sious mind want is to ship features and build more apps learn new concepts wallah i am not kidding this is the truth
I always sleep around 6am. No matter what I try i could not sleep before that. I even tried to make myself so tired so that as soon as I go to bed I should be able to sleep but it does not happen. I wonder what could be Chronotype for me?

Try melatonin and gradually moving back your sleep time
