i dont think legacy servers will be empty. crafting, big houses, and some other stuff like high level trophies take a lot of time gold effort to acquire. personally ill keep playing on my original character as i dont want to do that grind all over again.

12k is good enough for your first tier 4 house that's about it and that has nothing to do with pvp a house is only important for pve
