📍That new and material evidence has been discovered which the accused could bot with reasonable diligence have discovered and produced at the trial and which if introduced and admitted would probably change the judgement.
2. What are the Grounds for a Reconsideration?
📍 Errors of law or fact in the judgement, which requires no further proceedings. - The court will grant the motion for reconsideration of the accused.
