    I've been building recording studios since 1984. The new DAWS for working with samples, warping and loops are so much more accessible once you understand the workflow. Thank you for breaking it down in such a concise manner.🤗

    I have watched many of your post almost daily and I must say, you have helped me out a great deal. please keep making more. if you have time, could you please make a post helping with drum patterns. I'm having some difficulties with making modern Detroit sounding electro. Any tips of any sort would be great. thank you so much for sharing your knowledge.

    Hi Lina...
    I had bought Ableton 10 Intro license just with an intention to get a feel of some elementary music making on a computer...and used it sparingly...but after watching your videos am feeling like i have a rocket called Ableton that can take me to the moon but am using it just to take me to the nearby supermarket for some groceries... 😂😀
    Amazing explanation...Thanks a ton...God bless.

    I’ve spent hours and hours and hours and hours warping songs for my DJ mix sets, or remix edits of human drummed songs where it drifts over the years! Ughhh, such painful work especially in older versions on Ableton BUT amazing that it CAN warp like it does, that’s what’s set ableton apart for many years!!

    I am looking to warp songs for a game on the Oculus Quest called Synthriders. I was lost shortly after you started talking and doubt I will ever be able to understand what you were doing. Is there a simple way to just warp a song for the game? I don't think I need all the stuff you showed. I just want to put a song in and warp the whole thing. Is that possible?

    I think your videos are great except for one thing. I have watched at least 30 videos on TH-cam for warping in ableton and in every single one, the warping controls are already at the bottom of the screen. Not one video shows how to get the controls to show up at the bottom of the screen. Mine are not there and I cannot find anything in ableton to make this happen. I have read the manual and even that does not say how to do it. Can you tell me how to do that? TIA.

    • @LNADoesAudioStuff
      @LNADoesAudioStuff  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks! You can find it aways when you have an audio clip either in Session or Arrangement View. Double click the clip and you'll see the warping controls on the bottom left corner. :)

    Hello, and thanks for all this info. . . I wonder if you can tell me why Ableton keeps warping my tracks? I have turned off warp in the preferences, and in the individual track configuration; but each time I record a new track (I'm just recording with a mic and a guitar through a Focusrite USB interface), the "warp" button is lit up yellow, and my tracks are out of sync.
    I can't get help from the forums because my license type (I'm using Ableton First and trying to learn the basics), doesn't allow access. I could really use a hand.
    Thanks in advance!

    • @LNADoesAudioStuff
      @LNADoesAudioStuff  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Glad you liked the video! If warping happens only when recording it might be that your ”record quantization” is on. That would warm your audio autamatically when it comes it :)

    Is it possible that i have switched off auto warp (shor and long samples) and Ableton still trigger warp mode? Thats ridiculus

    • @LNADoesAudioStuff
      @LNADoesAudioStuff  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you have switched of those from preferences the automated warp on import should not happen. Make sure also you have them on the default session setup if it still happens :)
