Your explanation of ABLETON is INFUCKINGCREDIBLE! I cannot imagine how much time you spend in editing your videos but you are a genius in keeping things fast, simple and useful while grouping things together so they flow nicely with what is being learned. I din't know ya, but I think I love ya:-) THANK YOU!!!!

Thanks for saying so openly that you had no example of women producers and had to go to universitat just to demolish the believe that you hosted for years and discover this arena with humility and professionalism.
Women can actually produce very well. In your case, you break the tabou and you are very generous sharing the know how and your passion. We do need other narratives, other experiences.
Good Luck in production world. Keep on teaching like you do. You are already a referent.

GREAT STUFF! Thanks for this tutorial, and particularly all your tutorials in relation to Ableton. (Saved a set of them to my TH-cam library, as a matter of fact). I REALLY like your style. (And have been watching ALLOT of your videos). I'm a newbie to using a DAW to begin with, having recorded all my material on a Porta Studio for something like the last 20 years! But have always been very interested in learning (and using) a DAW. Was kind of nervous about it at first, but after much research, I decided to take the plunge and go with the trial version of Ableton. (Really love the look of the software, and all the features and things it appears to be able to do. Not to even mention the way their website is laid out, and how easy it was to download). Your clear and precise teaching method however, has helped me so much, in continuing to go forward, because when I first opened the program, I didn't even know where to begin! I'm sure many of your subscribers (of which I am now one) would agree with me, that we cannot thank you enough for your patience and dedication in putting out this wealth of invaluable information. I guess, you must also really love Ableton yourself to begin with, to even consider putting in all the effort that you have put into your tutorials. And you seem to do it, not only with allot of knowledge, but with allot of understanding and compassion as well. I like that. And I am sure it is recognized by others as well. (Your stuff is some of the best learning, and tutorials on TH-cam that I have seen. Hands down!) God bless you...

Liina your videos are incredible! I am in the early stages of building a home studio. My computer that is going to host Ableton hasn't even arrived yet, so I'm taking in as many videos as I can before I'm physically set up. Today I desperately searched for a decent MIDI video. I find that the "beginner's" MIDI videos that pop up in a TH-cam search are anything but. Then yours came into the queue and it was this amazing breath of fresh air!!! I'm now subscribing to your channel and I'm going to watch all your videos. They are truly for beginners and my tiny brain appreciates that!

Hi Lina! another fantastic video! You teach Ableton Live better and much more in detail for free than most paid Ableton Live courses. I see channels on TH-cam with immense thousands of followers in which they do not teach even half of what you teach. Anyone who follows your channel and wants to learn Ableton Live is really lucky. You deserve to have many more thousands of followers. Be aware that when you publish a video on your channel you are using good hashtags (#). Good hashtags help TH-cam a lot to promote your channel. Have a good Sunday 😃

Any idea why my midi envelope changes are having no effect on my clips? Everyone says you can just set these envelopes but mine has no effect. Very frustrating. None else seems to have this issue so I can't find a solution anywhere. Was hoping something would be mentioned on here but, nope apparently it should just work. Thanks ableton! Or is it disabled ton. ☹️

Hi LNA...that's another wonderful video i watched in one go...Know little bit about the MIDI and Audio tracks...so could post a query. :). Well. Its about clips ...
Are the clips in a track connected first of all...? and if yes, how do they behave in play mode? I mean suppose you have a MIDI track of 4 clips and you have another MIDI track of 6 clips and I want them to play in the sequence MIDI Track 1 - Clip 1, Clip 2, Clip 3, Clip 4 followed by MIDI Track 2 - Clip 1, Clip 2, Clip 3, Clip 4, Clip 5 and finally Clip 6...is it possible?
Am not very sure about the purpose of having more than one clips in a track if the above isn't achievable.
Sorry if that sounds stupid and foolish. Am a novice of 53 age...Well. Thanks in advance.
