I feel like such a creep making so many comments, but that section at the end about the influence family really resonated with me. I for one am tremendously grateful to this channel, it is helping me so much creatively. Sincerely, thank you
i clicked on this video because as a girl learning a DAW for the first time, i always feel like ableton tutorials have some level of prerequisite knowledge and it’s not okay to have silly questions. not only did you explain everything without condescension, you created a wonderful environment to learn in :) thank you for this great video!
I love your tutorials and had to say that your response to your question of the week was incredible advice. The main reason being that your response was fitting for life in general and really speaks volumes on who you are as a human being. Thank you and keep on being you.
cool video! the seeking validation part hit me. i feel so happy when my parents love my music but that should just be a compliment. not a way to direct my own efforts
exactly! It's taken me a lot to figure that out and honestly, after Is topped asking validation I made the best choices for my career. This youtube channel would have never happened if I had listened to others. Keep doing you!
This is the second video I've watched of yours, I must say, you're a darn good educator. I looking forward to watching more and learning more. Big Thanks!!!
Such a creative presentation. Thank you. You have an imaginative and playful way with Ableton (Vocal slices into a drum rack? Who knew?) Also I am in love with Retrig, the Swedish pro audio engineer. He's way too young for me but I don't care❤
Awesome, you have showed me a technique that Orbital used early on in their career that I was always wondering about. Thx. I have a much more detailed deep-dive Simpler tutorial that I have paid for, but watching this I have still come away with a few gems that I'll be putting into place when it comes to my next song. Thank you.
Thanks for making these tutorials!! I've been rapping, making beats and manipulating audio mostly in Logic Pro for years (first taste was a rarely-known product called "Logic Express" that required a physical *dongle* to run....), but have branched out in recent years with Maschine and Caustic (DAW phone app!) and been using Live 9 to trigger audio at live shows (miss those...). I recently got a hold of Live 11 and decided to finally take the plunge into producing inside of Live. Your tutorials have been immensely useful!! You break down everything an item can do and display features in a concise way - that I have yet to see anyone else do on TH-cam TBTH. Other people talk about Live features like they're opening the Ark of the Covenant, but you show them for what they are: Creative Tools! MUCH. APPRECIATED!
Your channel is awesome! I'm turning the notification bell on. Thank you so much for these tutorials! I'm currently changing DAW from FL Studio to Ableton Live 10. I hope you have a great day! Thanks again, Liina.
You are completely amazing! I am a producer too but searching new inspiration in other DAW (I was Cubase addicted) but you make clear explanations! Thank you!
I loved watching this and as a learner i will no doubt watch it again and maybe again. I have subscribed to your chanel. Your chanel is exactly what is needed,a non confusing explanation of Ableton. Thanks for giving your time to do this.
Thank you for the instructional video, hit the like button extra hard for the last 2 minutes. That is advice that applies to any endeavorer and personal growth. Cheers for sharing it with your viewers.
I like her explanation. She doesnt show that fake lovely and sweet tone. I use FL Studio but since I am trying ableton too, this is helpful. Explanation maybe bit too much for person who understand underlying concept but it will be certainly helpful for new people
First time watcher and I absolutely loved it. Thank you for the clear explanation in ableton and for taking the time to make the video. Feeling inspired!
This week, in the ending bits Q&A section I answered a question on how to make the music industry your career. Or tips on how to make it happen. What would you wanna know next week?
Hi! I want to know how to map my macros in a better way. I mean: I use push and I have 8 Macros. I wish I could discover How to asign more than one effect to each knob. Sometimes I use some vst that have a lot of parameters to map and it's often much more than 8...
you all prolly dont give a damn but does someone know of a trick to log back into an instagram account? I was stupid forgot my account password. I would appreciate any tips you can give me
Thanks for a really useful introduction to Simpler. Your wrap up is excellent advice for anyone working creatively whatever their discipline. I look forward to watching more - no doubt questions will follow!
